Meet your driver in the hotel lobby at the Pick-up time shown on your voucher. Look for a name sign.
✈️ Airport Meeting

After collecting your luggage, head to the far right, where you’ll find Burger King (burgerking). Meet your driver in front of pillar 14, holding a name sign.
※ After meeting your driver, you’ll walk together to the parking lot to board the vehicle.

Exit the building and meet your driver outside at pillar A-14. Look for a sign with your name, then walk together to the parking lot.
- [Domestic Terminal 3]
Exit the building and take the escalator down to the lower level. Meet your driver in front of pillar 14, holding a sign with your name, then walk together to the parking lot.
🚨 Please check that the name on the sign is yours before boarding.
🚨 For airport Pick-up, enter your flight’s arrival time as the time and your flight number as the Pick-up location.

Discuss your itinerary with your Guide, then enjoy a flexible, independent tour.

Enjoy a fully flexible itinerary for up to 10 hours. After meeting your Guide, simply let them know where you’d like to go. You can name popular attractions, but the easiest way to avoid confusion is to find them on Google Maps and show your Guide.

The tour duration and itinerary may change depending on local conditions, such as the weather and traffic on the day.

Child policy
Vehicles are assigned based on the number of adults, so please request an upgrade to a larger vehicle if your group includes several children.

✈️ Ho Chi Minh Airport Meeting Point Guide
[International Flights]
After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal and head all the way to the right. You’ll find Burger King (Burger King). Meet at Pillar 14 in front of it.

[Domestic Terminal 1]
After exiting the terminal, meet your driver outside the building at Pillar A-14. They will be holding a sign with your name. Then go with them to the parking lot.

[Domestic Terminal 3]
After exiting the terminal, go outside and take the escalator downstairs. Meet your driver holding a sign with your name in front of Pillar 14 on the lower level, then go with them to the parking lot.

🚨 Be sure to check the name on the sign before getting in.
You must get into the car of the driver you met. If anyone else approaches and asks you to go with them, do NOT follow them under any circumstances!
💰 Additional vehicle fee for areas outside Ho Chi Minh City

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Vehicle Options by Group Size
Vehicles are provided based on the number of adults in your booking. You can request a vehicle upgrade in advance.
- Sedan to SUV: 200,000 VND per vehicle
- SUV to van: 200,000 VND per vehicle
- Sedan to van: 400,000 VND per vehicle
🕒 Overtime Policy for Vehicle and Guide Services
Use beyond 10 hours costs VND 100,000 per additional hour before 22:00 and VND 200,000 per hour from 22:00 onward. This fee is separate from tips, and must be requested in advance.

→ The driver and Guide may have other bookings afterward, so we recommend requesting extra time in advance.
→ Requests made on the day may not be available, depending on the driver’s and Guide’s schedules.
📢 Changes & Other Information
The tour will operate even in rainy weather. We’ll contact you only if the operator cancels the tour in advance.

Please send any change requests through the channel at least 3 days before your tour date.

For urgent matters, call the emergency number listed on the voucher sent to your email.
