Ha Long Bay

Located near the border with China, Ha Long Bay is a vast bay covering 1,553㎢.

Widely regarded as Vietnam’s most scenic destination, the central area of Ha Long Bay (434 km²) was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1994 for its outstanding natural beauty.

“Ha” means “descending,” and “Long” means “dragon,” so Ha Long means “a dragon descending from the sky.” The name comes from a legend that a dragon descended from the heavens to defend the land against invaders crossing the sea. The dragon spat jewels and pearls from its mouth, which fell into the water and became rocky formations of many shapes, driving the invaders away.

According to geologists, however, the islands were formed as limestone hills were eroded over time by seawater, rain, and wind.

With their sharply sculpted rocks, small islands edged by cliffs, and remarkable caves, the islands subtly change color with the weather and sunlight—a spectacular sight worthy of being called Vietnam’s finest scenic destination.

📢 Depending on traffic conditions, you may arrive in Hanoi later than scheduled.
We recommend not booking this tour on the day of your departure flight. The tour operator is not responsible if a late return to Hanoi causes you to miss your flight.

Meet your driver in the hotel lobby at the pick-up time shown on your voucher. Look for a name sign.

✈️ Airport Pick-up
- International flights
After collecting your luggage, exit through A1 on the ground floor. Outside the building, meet your driver at pillar 4. They will be holding a sign with your name.
※ After meeting your driver, you’ll walk to the parking lot and board the vehicle.

- Domestic flights
There is only one exit after baggage claim. Meet your driver just outside the exit; they will be holding a sign with your name.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Vehicle Provided Based on the Number of Guests in Your Booking
Vehicles are provided based on the number of adults. Please request a vehicle upgrade in advance.

(10–15 adults: 29-seater bus; 16–25 adults: 35-seater bus)
- Passenger car → SUV: 200,000 VND per vehicle
- SUV → van: 300,000 VND per vehicle
- Passenger car → van: 500,000 VND per vehicle
🕒 Additional Vehicle and Guide Service Information
Vehicle and Guide service is available for 12 hours from the time you meet them.

<Additional Use Beyond 12 Hours>

(1) Additional vehicle use costs 100,000 VND per hour before 10 PM or 200,000 VND per hour from 10 PM onward. This fee is separate from tips. Advance request required.
Bus: 150,000 VND per hour before 10 PM or 300,000 VND per hour from 10 PM onward.

(2) Additional Guide use costs 100,000 VND per hour before 10 PM or 200,000 VND per hour from 10 PM onward. This fee is separate from tips. Advance request required.

💸 Tipping Information

Luggage can be stored in the vehicle’s trunk.
- Luggage cannot be stored on the seats.
- Please keep valuables with you.
- We may be unable to store suitcases in the trunk if they are not locked.

The tour operates even in rainy weather. We will contact you separately only if the operator suspends operations in advance.
