Enjoy a 100% flexible itinerary. You can use the service as you wish for up to 6 hours. After meeting your Guide, simply let them know where you’d like to go. You can name popular attractions, but showing your Guide the locations on Google Maps is the most efficient option.

🏨 Hotel Pick-up
Meet the driver in the hotel lobby at the pick-up time shown on your voucher. The driver will be holding a sign with your name.
✈️ Airport Pick-up
- International flights
After collecting your luggage, exit through Gate A1 on the airport’s ground floor. Meet the driver outside the building at Pillar 4. The driver will be holding a sign with your name.
※ After meeting the driver, you’ll walk to the parking lot and board the vehicle.
- Domestic flights
There is only one exit after baggage claim. Meet the driver directly in front of the exit. The driver will be holding a sign with your name.
🚨 For airport Pick-up, enter your flight’s arrival time as the selected time and your flight number as the Pick-up location.

Temple of Literature (Imperial Academy)

Hanoi’s Temple of Literature was built in the 11th century as a Confucian temple and became Vietnam’s first university. Its historic architecture and gardens are a highlight, and the site is featured on the 100,000-dong banknote.

Ba Dinh Square & Exterior of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum

Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum are located close to the historic site where Vietnam’s Declaration of Independence was proclaimed. With its expansive grounds and solemn atmosphere, the area is a popular attraction for visitors.

One Pillar Pagoda (One-Pillar Temple)

This wooden pagoda is shaped like a lotus flower and stands on a single pillar, making it a striking sight. This small temple offers a glimpse into Vietnamese Buddhist culture and traditional architecture.

Long Bien Bridge

Built during the French colonial era, this railway bridge is an iconic landmark steeped in Hanoi’s history. Watch motorcycles and bicycles pass by and get a close-up look at local daily life.

Lunch is not included. You can visit your preferred restaurant on the day and pay there.

Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son Temple

A beautiful lake in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, perfect for a relaxing stroll. It’s also known for Turtle Tower in the middle of the lake and Ngoc Son Temple, reached via its striking red bridge.

Hanoi Train Street

Hanoi Train Street is a unique photo spot where trains pass through a narrow alley. When no trains are passing, enjoy the cafés and street views and experience another side of Hanoi.
If you’d like to see a train pass, we recommend visiting between 08:30 and 09:00 or 18:30 and 19:00.

    (2) Visits to Bai Dinh, Trang An, or Hang Mua (total surcharge per vehicle)

    ※ Add 200,000 dong if you also visit Hoa Lu.

    (3) Visits to Ha Long Bay (total surcharge per vehicle)

    3. Additional charges for vehicle use exceeding 6 hours or Guide service exceeding 10 hours
    - Before 22:00: 100,000 dong per hour
    - After 22:00: 200,000 dong per hour
    ※ Guide service up to 10 hours incurs no additional charge.

🕒 Information on Using the Vehicle and Guide Beyond the Scheduled Hours
Additional use beyond 6 hours costs VND 100,000 per hour before 22:00 and VND 200,000 per hour from 22:00 onward. This fee is separate from tips, and must be requested in advance.

→ Your driver or Guide may have another booking afterward, so we recommend making your request in advance.
→ Requests made on the day may not be accommodated, depending on your driver’s or Guide’s schedule.
💸 Tipping Information
Tips are not required, but gratuities are appreciated if you enjoyed the tour.
(1) Driver gratuity (optional): 50,000–100,000 VND per group
(2) Guide gratuity (optional): 100,000–200,000 VND per group
🧳 Luggage storage
Luggage can be stored in the vehicle’s trunk.
- Luggage cannot be stored on the seats.
- Please keep valuables with you.
- We may be unable to store your luggage in the trunk if your suitcase is not locked.
📢 Changes and Other Information
The tour operates even in rainy weather. We’ll contact you only if the operator cancels the tour in advance.

Please send any change requests through the channel at least 3 days before your tour date.
