Important Notes Before Booking

📌 1, 2, 3, or 4 nights
Rooms are booked as either single or double occupancy, so please enter the number of guests accordingly. A third guest cannot be accommodated in a room, even with an extra bed.

Example: For 5 guests needing two double-occupancy rooms and one single-occupancy room, book 4 guests under double occupancy and 1 guest under single occupancy. We cannot confirm bookings submitted with the wrong room occupancy.

📌 Requested tee times may not be available
If your requested tee time is unavailable, we’ll let you know what alternative times are available. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not happy with the alternatives, you may cancel for a full refund.

If golf course reservations are unavailable for some dates or for the entire itinerary, you may also cancel for a full refund.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after the golf course has confirmed your booking, it may change the tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In this case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.

We can help communicate with the golf course if issues arise due to operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible.

Notice Regarding Tee Time Adjustments at Golf Courses in Vietnam
Even after your tee time has been confirmed, it may change due to adjustments to the golf course’s operations or procedures, either in advance or on the day of play. Complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted, and you must play at the revised tee time set by the golf course.
Check in 30 minutes before your tee time.
Please check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time. If you check in later, you may face a long wait or be unable to play your round.
Mandatory caddie tip
- From 500,000 dong per 18 holes
- From 750,000 dong per 27 holes
- From 1,000,000 dong per 36 holes

→ Caddie tips are best paid in dong, but US dollars are also accepted.
→ The caddie fee is included; tips are not.
→ Caddies may sometimes feel uncomfortable asking for a tip and refer to it as a caddie fee. Please note that this is a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
Golf Cart Information
- Golf carts are generally shared by two guests.
- If your booking has an odd number of guests and you are joined by other players, one guest will need to share a cart with someone else.

Special Notice for the Vietnam Public Holiday Period
Special weekend and holiday rates apply, but prices may change even after confirmation if the golf course changes its policies.
During holiday periods, your round may be changed to a 1-caddie-for-2-to-4-players arrangement or to a round without a caddie.
Please note that complaints regarding these conditions cannot be accepted.
Severe Weather Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must still go to the course.

If the golf course has not closed in advance, rounds must go ahead even in heavy rain or strong winds. Cancellations and refunds are not available.

If you wish to cancel, please speak with the manager onsite. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher valid for use within 1 day to 3 months.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact the travel agency about canceling, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.
Dress Code
Round-neck T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shirts, denim, and short shorts are not permitted on the course. Some golf clubs do not allow golf shirts with mandarin collars, so we recommend wearing a standard polo shirt. Knee-length shorts are permitted.
Fairway Cart Access Information
Golf carts are not allowed on the fairways.
Rounds starting after 14:00 may not have enough time to complete all 18 holes.
For tee times after 14:00, you may be able to complete 18 holes if the course is quiet and play moves quickly. Otherwise, you may not finish all 18 holes. No refunds are available if you’re unable to complete your round.

Even for tee times before 14:00, a slow pace of play may prevent you from finishing all 18 holes.
