If we’re unable to book your requested tee time, we’ll let you know what other times are available. Choosing an alternative may result in a price change or additional charges. If you’re not satisfied with the alternatives, you may cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel for a full refund if golf reservations are unavailable on some or all of your travel dates.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after your golf reservation is confirmed, the golf course may change your tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In this case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to proceed with the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies. We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible for them.

Enjoy golf and accommodation in one package. Your stay is at the golf hotel within Trang An Golf Country Club. Green fees, caddie fees, and cart fees are included; caddie tips are not included.
Trang An Golf Country Club
The club is an exclusive members-only course for senior Vietnamese officials and maintains a luxurious standard.

It offers two 18-hole courses: the Championship Course and the Pine Course.

■ PINE COURSE
The first and only course in Vietnam with 18 consecutive par-3 holes, it stretches 2,993 yards and is compared to Tieu Dalat in Vietnam and Augusta National. Designed by Pirapon Namatra, its terrain combines mountains, lakes, and pristine forest to create an unforgettable challenge for even the best golfers.

■ CHAMPIONSHIP COURSE
This 18-hole, Par 72 course measures 7,200 yards. It features many bunkers in front of the greens, large lakes behind them, and plenty of challenging holes, along with 02 lakes, 05 streams, and 98 bunkers. Its steep terrain presents an exciting challenge for golfers.

How to Check In for Your Stay at Trang An Golf Country Club
✓ Show your voucher at the golf hotel reception to check in.
✓ To play a round of golf, present your voucher at the clubhouse.
✓ Buggy transfers are available between the clubhouse and the golf hotel.

Breakfast is served at the clubhouse.

Hours: 06:00–09:00

If your early tee time means you can’t have breakfast during these hours, please visit the clubhouse in advance that day to make a request.

Notice: Tee Time Adjustments at Golf Courses in Vietnam
Even after your tee time is confirmed, the golf course may change it in advance or on the day due to operational needs or changes in its procedures. Complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted, and you must play at the adjusted tee time set by the golf course.
Check in 30 minutes before your tee time.
You must check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time. If you fail to check in on time, you may face a long wait or be unable to play.
Mandatory caddie tip
- From 500,000 dong per 18 holes
- From 750,000 dong per 27 holes
- From 1,000,000 dong per 36 holes

→ Tips are best paid in dong, but US dollars are also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; tips are not.
→ Some caddies may feel awkward asking for a tip and refer to it as a caddie fee. Please note that this is a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
Golf Cart Information
Cart Use Information
- The standard arrangement is one shared cart for every two players.
- For bookings with an odd number of players, if you are paired with another player, one person must share a cart with them. If you are not paired with anyone, one person will use a single cart and pay an additional 300,000 dong on site.
- If the player joining you wants a single cart, both of you must use single carts and pay 300,000 dong each.
- Regardless of the number of players in your booking, you may check on-site availability on the day if you would like to use a single cart. Payment is due on site.
Gallery Rules
Accompanying a player in their cart: 500,000 VND
Using a separate caddie and cart: 1,200,000 VND

→ Gallery access may not be available during peak season.
→ Guests must be at least 10 years old to attend as a gallery.

Equipment Rental
Club rental: 600K dong / Golf shoes: 300K dong / Umbrella: 250K dong / Requested caddie: 200K dong per caddie

♣ Club Rental Requests and Rates
- 18-hole rental: 600,000 dong (older model) / 900,000 dong (newer model)
→ Brands are assigned at random. You can choose from the clubs available at the golf course on the day.
→ After booking online, send us your booking number, gender, handedness (left- or right-handed), and number of sets via our Kakao channel to reserve.

Special Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
Special weekend and holiday rates apply, but prices may change even after confirmation if the golf course changes its policies.
During holiday periods, your round may be arranged for 2–4 players with one caddie, or without a caddie.
Please note that complaints regarding these conditions cannot be accepted.
Bad Weather Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must proceed to the course.

If the golf course has not closed in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in severe rain or wind, and you must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, please speak with the on-site manager. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher valid for use within 1 day to 3 months.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact the travel agency about canceling, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.
Dress Code
Crew-neck T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, denim, and short shorts are not permitted.

Some courses do not allow Chinese-collar golf shirts, even those sold as golfwear in Korea, so we recommend wearing a standard collared polo shirt.

Knee-length shorts are permitted.
Golf Cart Access on the Fairway
Carts are not permitted on the fairways.
Rounds starting after 14:00 may not finish all 18 holes.
If you tee off after 14:00, you may be able to complete 18 holes if there are few players that day and play is moving quickly. Otherwise, you may not finish all 18 holes, and no refund will be provided. Even if you tee off before 14:00, a slow pace of play that day may also prevent you from completing your round.
