📌 Golf course tee-time changes and on-site issues
Even after the golf course has confirmed your booking, it may change your tee time before your visit or on the day for operational reasons. In this case, complaints about the change cannot be accepted, and you must proceed at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s rules. We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible.

Ruby Tree Golf Villas is a 5-star luxury resort in an ideal location near the sea and a lake. Opened in 2025, this newly built property combines modern style with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Ruby Tree Golf Tel Check-in Instructions
✓ Present your voucher at the Ruby Tree Golf Villas reception to check in.
✓ Staff are available late at night, so you can check in at any time.
✓ For your golf round, present your voucher at the clubhouse.
✓ You can travel between the clubhouse and resort by shuttle bus or buggy. Please confirm how to use this service at check-in. :)
✓ The deposit is 1,000,000 VND per stay, per night.

Breakfast is not included. To add breakfast in advance, please request it through a 1:1 inquiry.

Notice: Tee Time Adjustments at Vietnam Golf Courses
Tee-off times at golf courses in Vietnam may change even after confirmation due to operational circumstances or changes in procedures, either in advance or on the day of play. Any adjustments will follow the golf course’s rules, and complaints about the revised tee-off time cannot be accepted. You must play at the adjusted tee-off time.
Check in 30 minutes before your tee time.
You must check in at least 30 minutes before your tee time. If you don’t, you may face a long wait or be unable to play your round.
Required caddie tip
♣ Caddie Tip Information
- From 500,000 dong per 18 holes
- From 750,000 dong per 27 holes
- From 1,000,000 dong per 36 holes

→ Tips are preferably paid in dong, but US dollars are also accepted.
→ The caddie fee is included; tips are not.
→ Caddies may sometimes feel awkward asking for a tip and ask for the caddie fee instead. Please note that this is a tip, not the caddie fee.
Cart Use Information
Cart Information
- Cart use is generally based on two guests sharing one cart.
- If you book for an odd-numbered group and are joined by other guests, one person in your group will need to share a cart with another guest.
- If no one joins your group and one guest uses a cart alone, a single cart will be provided at no extra charge.
- If you would like a single cart regardless of your group size, please check availability at the venue on the day and pay any applicable fee onsite.
Gallery Rules
When accompanying a player in a golf cart:
Weekdays: 1,900,000 VND
Weekends: 2,450,000 VND

Children of any age may enter as galleries.
→ A caddie will be assigned to galleries for safety and to ensure a smooth round. Caddie tips must be paid.
→ Galleries may not be allowed during peak season.
→ There is no age limit for galleries.
→ If you change a golfer to a gallery on the day of play, the gallery fee still applies.
→ After booking, please request gallery access in advance through the Kakao Channel below and pay on-site. KakaoTalk Channel
Equipment Rental
Club rental: 1,000,000 dong for 18 holes / Golf shoes: 300,000 dong for 18 holes
Driving range: 30 balls / 150,000 dong

♣ Club Rental Requests and Rates
- 18-hole rental: 1,000,000 dong
→ Ping clubs are provided. Please choose from the clubs available at the course on the day.
→ After booking online, send us your reservation number, gender, handedness (left or right), and number of sets via our Kakao channel, and we’ll arrange your rental.
Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day of play.

Empty golf bag rental: 250,000 dong for 18 holes
For golfers who have a full set of clubs but need to rent a bag. KakaoTalk Channel
Special Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
Special weekend or holiday rates apply, but prices may change even after confirmation if the golf course changes its policies.

During holiday periods, your round may be changed to 2–4 players sharing one caddie or playing without a caddie.

Please note that complaints regarding these conditions cannot be accepted.
Severe Weather Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must still go to the golf course.

Even in severe rain or wind, cancellations and refunds are not available unless the golf course decides to close in advance. You will be expected to proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, please speak with the manager onsite. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher only, valid for use within 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact the travel agency about cancellation, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.
Dress Code
Round-neck T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shirts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted.

Some courses do not allow golf shirts with Mandarin collars, even if they are marketed as golfwear in Korea. We recommend wearing a standard polo shirt.

Knee-length shorts are permitted.
Fairway Cart Access Information
Carts are not permitted on the fairway.
Rounds starting after 14:00 cannot be completed over 18 holes.
For rounds starting after 14:00, you may be able to complete 18 holes if there are few players that day and play moves quickly. Otherwise, you may not finish all 18 holes. No refunds are offered if you’re unable to complete the round.

Even if you start before 14:00, you may still be unable to finish if play is slow that day.
