You may also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book a golf course for some or all of your travel dates.
To confirm availability, please use the KakaoTalk link sent after payment to contact us. A representative will check with the golf courses and provide you with an update.
Please do not book accommodation or flights that cannot be changed or canceled until your golf reservations are confirmed.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after your golf course reservations are confirmed, the course may change your tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In such cases, complaints cannot be accepted, and you must play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.
We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operations, but the golf course is solely responsible for resolving them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel, you must go to the course.
In general, cancellations and refunds are not available even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you’ll need to proceed with your round. Cancellation is only possible if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

Hoi An Historic Hotel
Opened in 1991 and renovated in 2014, Hoi An Historic Hotel is a 4-star boutique hotel. It is about a 45-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute walk from Hoi An Old Town. The Museum of History and Culture and Hoi An Museum are nearby, and Hoi An Market is just 0.4 km away.
Hoiana Shores Golf Club
Located about 50 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Hoiana Shores Golf Club is regarded as the best golf course in the Da Nang area.

Designed by American architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., this desert links course offers beautiful views of Vietnam’s East Sea. With its treeless desert landscape and ocean setting, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a challenging round of golf.

After your 18-hole round, try the fun extra hole for a little added enjoyment.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Located about 25 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Montgomerie Golf Club is a world-class semi-private club with a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range, and PGA Golf Academy.

Designed by Colin Montgomerie, captain of the 2010 European Ryder Cup team, the course was named Vietnam’s best in 2010 and 2011.

Overlooking the expansive Da Nang coastline, the club offers outstanding scenery. The courses at Montgomerie Links feature natural elements such as sand, woodland, and earth.

Shorts are permitted, but they must extend below the knee.

As part of the club’s plastic-reduction initiative, plastic bags for storing post-game clothing have not been provided in lockers since September 16, 2019. Please bring your own bag or purchase one separately at reception.
Vinpearl Golf Club
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An features an 18-hole, par-72 course known for its gentle undulations, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens.

Even if you’re traveling with young children or companions who don’t play golf, you can enjoy Vinpearl Land and the safari. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus for independent trips to Da Nang, making it easy to combine your stay, sightseeing, and golf in one trip.

[Golf Course Round-Trip Transfers]
This service includes travel from your hotel to the golf course and back to your hotel after your round.
At the hotel, meet at the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. At the golf course, meet at the clubhouse.
★Important★ When you arrive at the golf course, get the driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask the caddie to call the driver when you finish your round.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you will be expected to play your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the manager at the course. If approved, you may receive a rain-check voucher valid for use from 1 day up to 3 months later.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about cancellation, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the course mentions a refund, call the Monkey Travel emergency line immediately at +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number) and ask to speak with the counter staff. If the matter cannot be confirmed on the spot, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain and you finish only holes 1–9 before leaving, the course will generally charge the 9-hole rate and refund the difference for the remaining 9 holes. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.
2. Dress Code Information
3. Group Size Rules for Each Round
♣ Bookings for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be accepted and confirmed.

♣ Playing with 5 Players
- Groups of 5 are not permitted in Vietnam.
- On the day, the golf course will assign your group as either a 3-and-2 or a 4-and-1. If asked to join another group, you must agree.

♣ Joining Other Groups at the Golf Course
- Play is arranged in groups of 4 at the golf course. Solo play is not available, and the course will arrange the groups.
- If there are no other bookings at the golf course, you will not be paired with another group.
4. Special Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course generally apply. However, prices may change even after confirmation due to changes in the golf course’s policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for 2–4 players or to rounds without caddies. Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
5. How to Request Club Rentals
→ You cannot choose the brand. Please select from the clubs available at the course on the day.
→ Once your booking is confirmed, message us on KakaoTalk with [men’s/women’s + left-handed/right-handed + number of sets], and we’ll arrange the rental.
→ Please pay at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Gallery Request Guidelines
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. As requests may be declined during peak season, we’ll confirm availability after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed, please message us on KakaoTalk with the number of gallery guests and their details. For children, include their age in years and date of birth.
→ Payment is made at the golf course counter on the day.
7. Junior Rates
Junior policies vary by golf course. When booking, please provide the junior’s age in years so we can check whether the junior rate applies and confirm the discounted price.

→ To receive the junior rate, you must submit a photo of the page showing the junior’s passport details in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after arriving at the golf course on the day of play. Please request the junior rate in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Golf Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Montgomerie: from VND 400,000
Vinpearl: from VND 500,000
Hoiana: from VND 500,000

→ Caddie tips are best paid in dong, but US dollars are also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; tips are not.
→ Occasionally, caddies may feel awkward asking for a tip and refer to it as a caddie fee. Please note that this is a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
* Carts are shared by two players. If you would like a cart for each player, an additional fee will apply and must be paid on-site.

10. Driver Tipping Information
(1) Tipping your driver is optional: VND 100,000–200,000 per group, per day.
→ For a one-way airport transfer only, VND 30,000–50,000 is appropriate.
