📌 Your preferred tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book the golf courses listed in the package, we’ll suggest available alternatives. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not happy with the alternatives, you may cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book any golf course on some or all of your dates.

To confirm availability, please message us through the KakaoTalk link sent after payment. Your representative will check with the golf courses and get back to you. Please do not book non-refundable or non-changeable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after your booking is confirmed, the golf course may change your tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In this case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to follow the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies. We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible.

📌 Rain policy
Unless you receive advance notice that your booking has been canceled due to rain, you must go to the golf course. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or wind, and you’ll need to proceed with your round. Cancellation is possible only if the golf course decides to close due to exceptionally severe weather.

Awaken Danang Hotel
Awaken Danang Hotel is located in Son Tra, a 3-minute walk from My Khe Beach and close to the Han River. Dragon Bridge is 3.3 km away, and Han Market is 3.6 km away.

Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An is a recently built 18-hole, par-72 course. Its mostly flat layout features gentle undulations, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens. The drive from your accommodation takes about 60 minutes.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Located about 25 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Montgomerie Golf Club is a world-class semi-private golf club with a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range, and PGA Golf Academy. The course was named Vietnam’s Best Course in 2010 and 2011 and was designed by Colin Montgomerie, captain of the 2010 European Ryder Cup team. Overlooking Da Nang’s sweeping coastline, it offers spectacular scenery. The courses at Montgomerie Links blend naturally into the landscape, featuring sand, woodland, and earth.

The club is about 20 minutes by car from your accommodation.
Legend Da Nang Golf Resort (formerly BRG Da Nang Golf Club)
The club features 36 holes: 18 on the Norman Course and 18 on the Nicklaus Course.

- **Norman Course:** A traditional links-style course with relatively flat terrain and lush grass. Designed by Greg Norman, the “Great White Shark” and one of the world’s greatest golfers, it is considered one of Vietnam’s top golf courses. Its relatively flat, grassy terrain and unpredictable sea breezes call for a variety of shots.
- **Nicklaus Course:** Asia’s first bulkhead-style course, featuring water hazards with retaining walls. Designed in collaboration with legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, it is considered more challenging than the Norman Course, with embankment walls along the fairways that offer golfers a different experience and added challenge.

The course is about a 20-minute drive from the accommodation.
Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Ba Na Hills Golf Club is located at the foothills of Ba Na Hills National Park, about 30 minutes from Da Nang Airport.

Designed in 2011 by Luke Donald, a European Tour and PGA Tour money-list champion, the 18-hole course winds through majestic mountain ranges and is considered one of the most scenic golf courses in central Vietnam.

The course features wide fairways and challenging bunkers, and offers night golf.

→ Pick-up is arranged based on your flight number and arrival time. The driver and Guide will wait for you in line with your flight’s arrival.

[12-Hour Daily Vehicle Rental]
You can use the vehicle from your hotel meeting through your golf round and freely for any remaining time.
The hotel Meeting Point is the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. The golf course Meeting Point is the clubhouse.

★Important★ When you arrive at the golf course, get the driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask the caddie to call the driver when you finish.

Additional Information & Notes
1. Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must still go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds. You must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the on-site manager. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher, which can be used from the following day up to three months later.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact the travel agency about canceling, this means the booking can be canceled but no refund can be issued.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call the Monkey Travel emergency hotline immediately at +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number) and ask to speak with the counter staff. If the situation is not confirmed on the spot, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain after you have completed 1–9 holes and left the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining 9 holes. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.

If the situation is not confirmed on the spot, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.
2. Dress Code Guidelines
3. Group Size Requirements for Each Round
♣ Booking for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be accepted and confirmed.

♣ Playing with 5 Players
- Groups of five are not permitted to play together in Vietnam.
- On the day of play, the golf course will assign your group of five to teams of 3 and 2, or 4 and 1, at its discretion. If another group asks you to join them, you must do so.

♣ Joining Other Players at the Golf Course
- Players are grouped into teams of four at the golf course. Playing alone is not permitted; the course will arrange the groups.
- You will not be paired with another group if there are no other bookings at the course.
4. Special Notice for the Vietnam Public Holiday Period
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course usually apply. However, prices may change even after your booking is confirmed due to changes in the golf course’s policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for every 2–4 players, or to a round without a caddie. Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding these changes.
5. How to Request Club Rentals
→ Brands cannot be selected in advance. Please choose from the clubs available on-site on the day.
→ Once your booking is confirmed, message us on KakaoTalk with your gender, whether you need left- or right-handed clubs, and the number of sets required.
→ Payment can be made at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Gallery Request Information
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. Requests may be declined during peak season, and we’ll let you know after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, please send us the number of gallery guests and your request. For children, include their age in years and date of birth, and we’ll make the reservation.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day of your visit.
7. Junior Rates
Junior policies vary by golf course. Please provide the junior’s age when booking so we can check whether the junior rate applies and adjust the price accordingly.

→ To receive the junior rate, you must submit a photo of the junior’s passport information page in advance.
→ Junior rates cannot be applied after you arrive at the golf course on the day of play. Please request the rate in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Ba Na Hills: from VND 400,000
Montgomerie: from VND 450,000
Legend Da Nang: from VND 400,000
Vinpearl: from VND 500,000

→ Caddie tips are best paid in VND, but USD is also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; tips are not.
→ Sometimes caddies may feel uncomfortable asking directly for a tip and ask for the caddie fee instead. Please note they are asking for a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
* Carts are shared by two players. If you prefer one cart per player, an additional fee will apply onsite.
9. Vehicle Allocation by Group Size
10. 12-hour vehicle and Guide service details
(1) A Vietnamese, Korean-speaking tour Guide will be provided.
(2) Airport Pick-up and Drop-off include a vehicle only; a tour Guide is not included.
(3) Additional charges may apply for travel outside the city itinerary, including trips to golf courses booked for that day. Please request this in advance via Captain Vietnam on KakaoTalk.
(4) While you are playing golf, the Guide will wait in the clubhouse lobby or in the vehicle.
11. Driver and Guide Tipping Guidelines
(1) Driver tips are optional: VND 100,000 or more per group per day.
(2) Guide tips are optional: VND 200,000 or more per group per day.
→ For a one-way airport transfer only, VND 30,000–50,000 is appropriate.
