Important Information Before Booking

After payment, we’ll text you a link to the Captain Vietnam KakaoTalk channel. Please connect with us through the channel. A representative will be assigned and consultation and booking arrangements will begin once you connect.

📌 The price may change after payment
Additional charges may apply after payment, including the weekend and public holiday surcharges listed under “Exclusions.”

📌 Your preferred tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book one of the golf courses listed in the package, we’ll suggest an available alternative. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not happy with the alternative, you may cancel for a full refund.

You may also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book a golf course for some or all of your scheduled dates.

To confirm availability, please use the KakaoTalk link sent after payment to contact us. Your representative will check with the golf course and share the details with you. Please do not book non-refundable or non-changeable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and issues at the golf course
Even after receiving your golf course confirmation, the course may change your tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In such cases, complaints cannot be accommodated, and you must play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.

We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible for resolving them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the golf course. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available even in heavy rain or wind, and you’ll be expected to play your round.

Cancellation is possible only if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

Awaken Danang Hotel
Awaken Danang Hotel is located in Son Tra, a 3-minute walk from My Khe Beach and close to the Han River. Dragon Bridge is 3.3 km away, and Han Market is 3.6 km away.

→ Deluxe Partial Sea View rooms are provided by default. Room upgrades are available for an additional fee.

Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An is a newly built, 18-hole, par-72 course. Its mostly flat layout features gentle undulations, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens. The drive from your accommodation takes approximately 60 minutes.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Located about 25 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Montgomerie Golf Club is a world-class semi-private golf club with a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range, and PGA Golf Academy. Named Vietnam’s Best Course in 2010 and 2011, the course was designed by Colin Montgomerie, Captain of the 2010 European Ryder Cup team. Overlooking the expansive Da Nang coastline, it offers stunning scenery. The courses at Montgomerie Links feature natural elements such as sand, woodland, and earth, creating a distinctly nature-inspired setting.

The club is about a 20-minute drive from your accommodation.
Legend Da Nang Golf Resort (formerly BRG Da Nang Golf Club)
The club features two 18-hole courses: the Norman Course and the Nicklaus Course.

- **Norman Course:** A traditional links-style course with relatively flat terrain and lush turf. Designed by Greg Norman, the “Great White Shark” and one of the world’s top golfers, it is considered one of the best courses in Vietnam. Its open, grassy terrain and unpredictable sea breezes call for a variety of shots.
- **Nicklaus Course:** Asia’s first bulkhead-style course, featuring water hazards with retaining walls. Designed in partnership with legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, it is considered more challenging than the Norman Course, with embankment walls along the fairways offering golfers a different kind of challenge and experience.

The course is about a 20-minute drive from the accommodation.

There is only one exit after baggage claim. Once you exit, look to your right for Star Cafe. Meet your driver in front of Star Cafe; they will be holding a sign with your name.

[Domestic Flights]
There is only one exit after baggage claim. Meet your driver directly outside the exit; they will be holding a sign with your name.

★Important★ For airport Pick-up, enter your flight arrival time as the reservation time and your flight number as the Meeting Point.
→ Airport Pick-up is arranged based on your flight number and arrival time, and your driver/Guide will wait for you according to your flight’s arrival.

[12-Hour Daily Car Rental]
- You can use the vehicle from your hotel meeting through your golf course visit and for any remaining time.
The hotel Meeting Point is the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. At the golf course, the Meeting Point is the clubhouse.

★Important★ When you arrive at the golf course, get your driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask them to call the driver when you finish.

[Airport Drop-off]
At the Pick-up time shown on your voucher, meet your driver in the hotel lobby by looking for the name board.

Additional Information & Notes
1. Golf Course Rain Guidelines
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must still go to the course.

Unless the golf course decides in advance to close, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or wind, and you will be expected to play your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the manager at the course. If approved, you may receive a rain check (voucher) that can be used within a period ranging from 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about canceling, this means they can cancel your booking but cannot issue a refund.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call Monkey Travel’s emergency contact number in Vietnam, +84 91-636-0055, immediately and ask to speak with the counter staff. If the matter cannot be confirmed on the spot, it may be treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the golf course closes due to rain and you have completed only 1–9 holes before leaving the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the difference. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.

3. Rules by Number of Golfers in Your Group
♣ Bookings for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be requested and confirmed.

♣ Play for 5 Players
- Groups of 5 cannot play together as a single team in Vietnam.
- On the day of play, the golf course will assign your group to teams of 3 and 2 or 4 and 1. If another group requests to Join (shared tour), you must accept.

♣ Joining at the Golf Course
- Play is arranged in teams of 4 at the golf course. Solo play is not permitted; the golf course will arrange the Join (shared tour).
- If there are no other bookings at the golf course, no Join (shared tour) will be arranged.
4. Special Notice for Vietnamese Public Holiday Periods
During Vietnamese public holiday periods, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course usually apply. However, prices may change even after your booking is confirmed if the golf course changes its policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for 2–4 players, or rounds may be played without a caddie.

Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding these changes.
5. How to Request Club Rentals
→ Brand selection is not available. Please choose from the clubs available at the golf course on the day.
→ After your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us your gender, whether you need left- or right-handed clubs, and the number of sets, and we’ll make the reservation.
→ Please pay at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Gallery Request Information
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. Availability may be limited during peak season, and we’ll let you know after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us the number of gallery guests and your request. For children, please include their age in years and date of birth, and we’ll make the reservation.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day of play.
7. Junior Rates
Junior policies vary by golf course. Please provide the junior’s age in full years when booking, and we’ll check whether the junior rate applies and adjust the price accordingly.

→ To receive the junior rate, you must submit a photo of the passport page showing the junior’s details in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after you arrive at the golf course, so please request it in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Golf Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Montgomerie: from 450,000 VND
Legend Da Nang: from 400,000 VND
Vinpearl: from 500,000 VND

→ Caddie tips are best paid in VND, but USD is also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; caddie tips are not.
→ Caddies may sometimes ask for the caddie fee because they feel awkward asking for a tip. Please note that they are asking for a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
* The cart rate is based on two guests sharing one cart. If you prefer a cart for one guest, an additional charge applies and must be paid on-site.
9. Vehicle Arrangements by Group Size
10. 12-hour vehicle and Guide service information
(1) A Vietnamese Korean-speaking tour Guide is provided.
(2) Airport Pick-up and Drop-off include vehicle service only; a tour Guide is not included.
(3) Additional charges may apply for travel outside the Nha Trang city itinerary or to golf courses not booked for that day. Please request this in advance via Captain Vietnam on KakaoTalk.
(4) The Guide will wait in the lobby or vehicle while you play golf.
11. Driver and Guide Tipping Information
(1) Tipping the driver is optional. A customary tip is VND 100,000 or more per group, per day.
(2) Tipping the Guide is optional. A customary tip is VND 200,000 or more per group, per day.
→ For a one-way airport transfer only, VND 30,000–50,000 is appropriate.
12. Changes and Other Information
