Important Information Before Booking

After payment, we’ll send you a link to the “Captain Vietnam” KakaoTalk channel by text message. You must connect through the link.
A staff member will be assigned to assist with inquiries and bookings once you connect.
📌 The price may change after payment
Additional charges may apply after payment for weekend or public holiday surcharges listed under exclusions.
📌 Your requested tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book the golf courses listed in the package, we’ll suggest available alternatives. The price may change, and additional charges may apply.
If you’re not happy with the alternatives, you may cancel for a full refund.
You may also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book any golf course on some or all of your scheduled dates.
To confirm availability, please open the KakaoTalk link sent after payment and message us. Our staff will check with the golf courses and let you know what’s available.
Please do not issue any non-refundable or non-changeable accommodation or flight bookings beforehand.
📌 Tee time changes and issues at the golf course
Even after receiving a golf course confirmation, the course may change your tee time before or on the day of play for operational reasons. In this case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.
We can help with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible.
📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.
Generally, play will proceed even in heavy rain or wind, and cancellations or refunds are not available. Cancellation is possible only if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

Located between Da Nang and Hue, the resort is administratively part of Thua Thien Hue. It is 50 km from Da Nang International Airport, about a 1 hour 20 minute drive, and approximately 58 km from Hue City, about a 1 hour 30 minute drive.
Set away from the city, the resort offers a peaceful setting with a private beach and no nearby restaurants or shops.

Designed by Nick Faldo, winner of the 1997 PGA Tour Nissan Open and the 1996 Masters Tournament, Laguna Lang Co Golf Club offers a chance to play amid a tranquil, pristine coastline, tropical rainforest, and the beautiful natural scenery of Hue.
With a wide range of leisure facilities within the Laguna Lang Co resort complex, it’s an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway. The championship course opened in 2013 and, despite its relatively short history, is already considered one of Vietnam’s most beautiful golf courses.
The par-3 11th hole is known as Nick Faldo’s favorite. Large and small rocks surround the green, making a precise shot essential to avoid trouble. - ※ Airport Pick-up Meeting Instructions

- Golf Course Rain Policy

Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.
Unless the course decides to close in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you must proceed with your round.
If you wish to cancel, speak with the on-site manager. If approved, the only option is a rain check (voucher), which can be used within 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about canceling, this means that cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.
If the golf course mentions a refund, call Monkey Travel’s emergency contact number immediately while you are there, and ask the counter staff to speak with us: +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number). If we cannot confirm the details right away, the issue is often treated as a communication problem, and you may not receive a refund.
If the course decides to close due to rain and you have completed only 1–9 holes before leaving the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining 9 holes. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate. - 2. Dress Code Guidelines
- 3. Group Size Policies for Each Round

♣ Bookings for 1–3 Guests
- Bookings for 1–3 guests can be submitted and confirmed.
♣ Groups of 5
- Groups of 5 cannot play together as a single group in Vietnam.
- Groups of 5 will be split into groups of 3 and 2, or 4 and 1, at the golf course’s discretion on the day. If another group requests to join, you must accommodate them.
♣ Joining Other Golfers
- You will be paired with other golfers in groups of 4. Solo play is not permitted. The golf course will arrange the groups.
- If there are no other bookings at the golf course, you will not be paired with another group. - 4. Important Information for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
- During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course usually apply. However, prices may change even after confirmation due to changes in the golf course’s policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for 2–4 players or rounds without a caddie. Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
- 5. How to Request Club Rental

→ Club brands cannot be selected in advance. You can choose from the clubs available at the golf course on the day.
→ After your booking is confirmed, send us a KakaoTalk message with the number of sets you need, along with the gender and whether you need left- or right-handed clubs, and we’ll arrange the rental.
→ Pay at the golf course counter on the day. - 6. Guide to Gallery Requests

→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. Requests may be declined during peak season, and we’ll let you know after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us the number of gallery guests and their details. For children, please include their age and date of birth, and we’ll arrange the reservation.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day. - 7. Junior Rates

Junior policies vary by golf course. When booking, please provide the junior’s age in completed years so we can check whether the junior rate applies and confirm the discounted price.
→ If the junior rate applies, please submit a photo of the passport page showing the junior’s details in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after you arrive at the golf course on the day of play, so please request it in advance. - 8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Golf Cart Information (per 18 holes)

→ Caddie tips are best paid in VND, but USD is also accepted.
→ The caddie fee is included; tips are not.
→ Occasionally, caddies may feel awkward asking for a tip and refer to it as a caddie fee. Please note that they are asking for a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
* Cart rates are based on 2 people sharing a cart (Join). An additional charge applies on-site if you prefer to use one cart per person. - 9. Vehicle Arrangements by Number of Guests
