Important Information Before Booking

📌 KakaoTalk connection required after payment
We’ll text you a link to the Captain Vietnam KakaoTalk channel after payment. You must connect with us through the channel to proceed. Once you do, a staff member will be assigned to assist you with inquiries and reservations.

📌 The total price may change after payment
Additional fees may apply after payment, including the weekend and public holiday surcharges listed under “Not Included.”

📌 Your preferred tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book the golf course listed in the package, we’ll suggest an available alternative. The price may change, and additional fees may apply. If you’re not happy with the alternative, you may cancel for a full refund.

You may also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book a golf course on some dates or any of the dates in your itinerary.

To confirm availability, open the KakaoTalk link sent after payment and start a conversation with us. A staff member will check with the golf course and share the details with you. Please do not book accommodation or flights that cannot be changed or canceled before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after the golf course confirms your booking, it may change your tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In that case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you must play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.

We can help with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible for resolving them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel, you must go to the golf course. In general, rounds proceed even in heavy rain or strong winds, and cancellations and refunds are not available. Cancellation is only possible if the golf course decides to close due to severe conditions.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, play will go ahead even in heavy rain or strong winds, and cancellations and refunds are not available.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the manager at the course. If approved, you may receive only a rain check voucher, which can be used within 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about canceling, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call Monkey Travel’s emergency line immediately while you are there and ask to speak with the counter staff: +84 91-636-0055 (local Vietnam number). If we cannot verify the situation right away, communication issues often mean guests are unable to receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain and you have completed only holes 1–9 before leaving the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the difference. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.
