Important Information Before Booking

📌 KakaoTalk connection required after payment
After payment, we’ll text you a link to the Captain Vietnam KakaoTalk channel. Please connect with us through the channel. Your advisor will be assigned once you connect, and consultation and booking arrangements will begin.

📌 The total may change after payment
Additional charges may apply after payment, including the weekend and public holiday surcharges listed under “Not Included.”

📌 Your preferred tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book one of the golf courses listed in the package, we’ll suggest an available alternative. The price may change, and additional charges may apply.

If you’re not happy with the alternative, we’ll cancel your booking and issue a full refund. We’ll also cancel your booking and issue a full refund if we’re unable to book any golf course on some dates or throughout the entire itinerary.

After payment, please use the KakaoTalk link we send you to message us. Your advisor will check availability with the golf course and share the details with you. Please do not book non-refundable or non-changeable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after the golf course has confirmed your booking, it may change your tee time before your visit or on the day due to operational reasons. In this case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.

We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible for them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the golf course. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available even in heavy rain or wind, and you’ll be expected to play your round. Cancellation is only possible if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

Shorts are permitted, but they must fall below the knee.

As part of a plastic reduction initiative, bags for used golf clothes have not been provided in the lockers since September 16, 2019. Please bring your own bag or purchase one separately at reception.
Ba Na Hills Golf Club

Designed in 2011 by Luke Donald, a European Tour and PGA Tour money-list winner, the 18-hole course winds through majestic mountain ranges and is considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in Central Vietnam.

The course features wide fairways and challenging bunkers, and offers night golf.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you will be expected to play your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the manager at the course. If approved, the only option is a rain check (voucher), valid for use within 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about a cancellation, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the golf course mentions a refund, please call Monkey Travel’s emergency line immediately while you are there and ask to speak with the counter staff: +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number). If we cannot verify this immediately, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain and you finish only holes 1–9 before leaving the course, the golf course will generally charge the 9-hole rate and refund the other 9 holes. The 9-hole charge is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.
