Important Information Before Booking

📌 KakaoTalk connection required after payment
After payment, we’ll text you a link to the “Captain Vietnam” KakaoTalk channel. Please connect with us through the link. A representative will be assigned and can assist with inquiries and reservations once you’ve connected.

📌 Additional charges may apply after payment
Additional fees may be charged after payment for weekend or public holiday surcharges listed under “Not Included.”

📌 Your preferred tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book the golf course listed in the package, we’ll suggest an available alternative. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not satisfied with the alternative, you may cancel for a full refund.

You may also cancel for a full refund if some or all golf courses are unavailable on your selected dates. Please contact us through the KakaoTalk link sent after payment so our representative can check availability with the golf courses and advise you. Do not book non-refundable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after your golf course booking is confirmed, the course may change your tee time before or on the day of play for operational reasons. Complaints about these changes cannot be accepted, and you must play at the revised tee time set by the course.

We can help resolve issues caused by the golf course’s poor operations, but the golf course is solely responsible for them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel, you must go to the course in case of rain. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain, and you’ll be expected to play. Cancellation is possible only if the golf course decides to close due to severe conditions.

The course was named Vietnam’s Best Course in 2010 and 2011 and was designed by Colin Montgomerie, captain of the European Ryder Cup team in 2010.

Legend Danang Golf Resort (formerly BRG Da Nang Golf Club)
This 36-hole golf club features 18 holes on the Norman Course and 18 on the Nicklaus Course.

- **The Norman Course:** A traditional links-style course with flat terrain and lush grass
Designed by Greg Norman, known as “The Great White Shark,” the Norman Course is considered one of Vietnam’s finest golf courses. Its relatively flat, lush terrain and unpredictable sea breezes call for a variety of shots.

- **The Nicklaus Course:** Asia’s first bulkhead-style course, with walled water hazards
Designed in partnership with legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, this was the first course in Asia to feature a bulkhead style, with retaining walls along the fairways. It offers golfers a different challenge and experience and is considered more difficult than the Norman Course.

The golf club is about a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.
Vinpearl Nam Hoi An Golf
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An is a recently built, full-scale 18-hole, par-72 golf course. It features mostly flat terrain with well-placed undulations, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens. The drive from your accommodation takes about 60 minutes.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must still go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you will be expected to play your round.

If you wish to cancel, please speak with the on-site manager. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher, valid for use from 1 day up to a maximum of 3 months later.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about a cancellation, this means the booking can be canceled but no refund is available.

If the golf course mentions a refund, immediately call Monkey Travel’s emergency contact number, the local emergency line (Monkey Phone), at +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number) and ask to speak with the counter staff. If the matter cannot be confirmed immediately, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the course decides to close due to rain and you have completed 1–9 holes before leaving the course, the golf course will generally charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining 9 holes.

The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.
