📌 Your preferred tee time may be unavailable
If we’re unable to book the golf course listed in the package, we’ll suggest an available alternative. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not happy with the alternative, you may cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel for a full refund if some or all of the golf courses are unavailable for your dates.

Please use the KakaoTalk link sent after payment to contact us. Your representative will check availability with the golf course and provide you with the details. Do not book non-refundable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after the golf course has confirmed your booking, it may change your tee time in advance or on the day of play for operational reasons. In this case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies. We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible.

📌 Rain policy
You must go to the golf course unless it contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or wind, and you’ll be expected to play your round. Cancellation is possible only if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

Hoiana Shores Golf Club
Located about 50 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Hoiana Shores Golf Club is considered one of the best golf courses in the Da Nang area.

Designed by American architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., this desert links course offers beautiful views of Vietnam’s East Sea.

With its treeless desert landscape and ocean views, it’s the perfect setting to enjoy a challenging round of golf. After your 18-hole round, try the service hole for a little extra fun.

[International Flights]
The airport meeting point is the exit after baggage claim. Once you exit, look to your right for Star Cafe. Meet your driver in front of the café; they’ll be holding a sign with your name on it.
[Domestic Flights]
There is only one exit after baggage claim. Meet your driver just outside the exit; they’ll be holding a sign with your name.

★Important★ For airport Pick-up, enter your flight’s arrival time as the reservation time and your flight number as the Meeting Point.
→ Airport Pick-up is arranged based on your flight number and arrival time. Your driver/Guide will be waiting for you according to your flight’s arrival.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
If the golf course has not contacted you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the golf course decides to close in advance, rounds cannot be canceled or refunded due to heavy rain or wind. You must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the on-site manager. If approved, you may receive a rain check (voucher) valid for use within 1 day to 3 months. This is the only option available.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about a cancellation, this means the round may be canceled, but no refund will be issued.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call the Monkey Travel emergency line immediately while you are there at +84 91-636-0055 (local Vietnam number) and ask to speak with the counter staff. If the matter cannot be confirmed on the spot, communication issues may prevent you from receiving a refund.

If the golf course decides to close due to rain and you have completed only 1–9 holes before ending your round, the course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the difference. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.

3. Rules by Number of Golfers per Round
♣ Bookings for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be accepted and confirmed.

♣ Play for 5 Players
- Groups of 5 cannot play together as a single team in Vietnam.
- Groups of 5 will be assigned by the golf course on the day to teams of 3 and 2, or 4 and 1. If another group requests to Join(shared tour), you must accept.

♣ Golf Course Join(shared tour)
- Players will Join(shared tour) in groups of 4 at the golf course. Solo play is not permitted. The golf course will arrange the groups.
- If there are no other bookings at the golf course, you will not be joined with another group.
4. Special Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course typically apply. However, prices may change even after booking confirmation due to changes in the golf course’s policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for every 2–4 players, or rounds may be played without caddies. Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
5. Club Rental Requests
→ Club brands cannot be selected in advance. Please choose from the brands available at the course on the day.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, let us know the player’s gender, handedness (left- or right-handed), and number of sets, and we’ll arrange the rental.
→ Please pay at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Gallery Requests
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. Requests may be declined during peak season, and we’ll let you know after you submit your reservation request.
→ Once your reservation is confirmed via KakaoTalk, please send us the number of gallery guests and your request. For children, include their age in years and date of birth, and we’ll make the reservation for you.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day of your visit.
7. Junior Rates
Junior policies vary by golf course. Please provide the junior’s age at the time of booking so we can confirm whether the junior rate applies and adjust the price accordingly.

→ If the junior rate applies, please submit a photo of the junior’s passport information page in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after you arrive at the golf course, so please request it in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Hoiana: VND 500,000 and up

→ Caddie tips are best paid in VND, but USD is also accepted.
→ The caddie fee is included; tips are not.
→ Caddies may sometimes feel awkward asking for a tip and instead ask for the caddie fee. Please note that they are referring to the tip, not an additional caddie fee.

* Carts are shared by two golfers. If you’d like a cart for each golfer, an additional fee will apply on-site.

Optional tip for your driver: VND 30,000–50,000 per team per one-way trip.
