You may also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book a golf course for any part of your itinerary or for the entire trip.
For these matters, please use the KakaoTalk link sent after payment to message us. A representative will check with the golf course and provide you with the details.
Please do not book non-refundable or non-changeable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after the golf course has confirmed your booking, it may change your tee time in advance or on the day for operational reasons.
In this case, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to play at the adjusted tee time in accordance with the golf course’s rules.
We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible for them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the golf course.
Generally, rounds cannot be canceled or refunded due to rain, even in heavy rain or wind, and you’ll need to play.
Cancellation is only possible if the golf course decides to close due to exceptionally severe weather.

A new 5-star hotel opened in 2022, right by My Khe Beach. ★★★★★

The hotel is about a 5–10-minute drive from downtown Da Nang, 15 minutes from Da Nang Airport, and 30 minutes from Hoi An.

Cross the beach road directly in front of the hotel to reach My Khe Beach. A short walk away, you’ll find an area with plenty of seafood restaurants and supermarkets.

→ The standard room is a Deluxe Ocean View room with a partial view, as shown in the photos. Upgrades are available for an additional fee.

→ If the hotel is fully booked, additional fees may apply for a room upgrade or a change of hotel.

→ To request a double or twin room, please contact us via the 1:1 inquiry board no later than 3 days before departure.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Montgomerie Golf Club is about a 25-minute drive from Da Nang Airport. This world-class semi-private golf club features a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range and PGA Golf Academy.

Designed by Colin Montgomerie, Captain of the 2010 European Ryder Cup team, the course was named Vietnam’s Best Course in 2010 and 2011. Overlooking Da Nang’s expansive coastline, it boasts stunning scenery. The courses at Montgomerie Links blend sand, woodland and natural terrain, creating a distinctive, nature-inspired setting.

Shorts are permitted, but they must extend below the knee.

As part of a plastic-reduction initiative, plastic bags for used golf clothes have not been provided in the lockers since September 16, 2019. Please bring your own bag or purchase one at reception.
Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Ba Na Hills Golf Club is located at the foot of Ba Na Hills National Park, about 30 minutes from Da Nang Airport.

Designed by Luke Donald, the 2011 European Tour and PGA Tour money leader, the 18-hole course winds through majestic mountain scenery and is considered one of the most beautiful golf courses in central Vietnam.

The course features wide fairways and challenging bunkers, and offers night golf.
Ba Na Hills Tour (Cable Car Ticket Included)
※ The cable car ticket includes unlimited access to the cable car and attractions, excluding the Wax Museum and coin-operated games.

Built on a mountain 1,487 m above sea level, Ba Na Hills is a theme park where you can explore a 19th-century French castle and enjoy amusement rides.

Ride the world’s second-longest cable car to the summit of Ba Na Hills, where you can visit a theme park styled after a French castle, the flower garden, Linh Ung Pagoda with its seated Buddha statue, and the Golden Bridge.

The recently opened Starbucks has a beautiful building and has become another popular attraction at Ba Na Hills.

Once the cable car stops operating, there is no other way down. Be sure to take the cable car back down before service ends.

Your driver will provide your Ba Na Hills ticket (cable car and unlimited attraction pass). The cable car ride to the summit takes approximately 30 minutes.

Please arrange a meeting time with your driver before enjoying your free time at Ba Na Hills.

■ Update to the Ba Na Hills ticket policy

Ba Na Hills tickets purchased for use between January 1 and December 31, 2026, allow unlimited cable car rides for 3 consecutive days from the first day of use.

Example: First use on January 1, 2026 → valid through January 3.

※ Transportation is not included for return visits after the ticket’s first use.

Guests returning to Ba Na Hills must make their own way there or book a vehicle separately.

1. FaceID system
- All tickets are managed using facial recognition (FaceID).
- Tickets may only be used by the person who first registers and are non-transferable.

2. Entry procedure
- FaceID registration takes approximately 3–5 seconds.
- FaceID applies to all guests.
- For smooth entry, we recommend removing your mask, sunglasses, and hat before entering.

3. Alternative procedure if FaceID registration is unavailable
- If FaceID registration is not possible, you will be directed to the Supplementary Ticket Counter to exchange your ticket for a single-use ticket before entering.
- This process takes longer, so we strongly recommend using FaceID for faster entry.

4. Meal voucher information (combo tickets)
- The meal voucher included with a combo ticket can be used once during its 3-day validity period.

Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An is a recently built, full-scale 18-hole, par-72 golf course. Its highlights include mostly flat terrain with gentle undulations, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens.
Hoi An Old Town Tour (up to 4 hours of free time)

As night falls, colorful lanterns light up one by one, creating Hoi An’s iconic and uniquely beautiful scenery. Enjoy the town’s night views and float a wish candle on the river for an extra touch of romance. The Hoi An Night Market also offers a fun selection of local goods and snacks.

<Information About the Tour Vehicle>
→ You’ll have up to 4 hours of free time in Hoi An Ancient Town, starting when you arrive after your golf round.
→ If your free time exceeds 4 hours, an additional fee of 100,000 VND per hour applies. An additional fee of 200,000 VND applies for travel after 22:00.
→ Admission to Hoi An Ancient Town is required. Please purchase your ticket separately on site.

[International Flights]
The airport Meeting Point is just outside the baggage claim exit. After exiting, look to your right for Star Cafe. Meet your driver in front of Star Cafe; they’ll be holding a sign with your name on it.
[Domestic Flights]
There is only one exit after baggage claim. Meet your driver just outside the exit; they will be holding a sign with your name.

★Important★ For airport Pick-up, please enter your flight’s arrival time as the reservation time and your flight number as the Meeting Point.

→ Airport Pick-up is arranged based on your flight number and arrival time. Your driver/Guide will be waiting for you according to your flight’s arrival.
Hotel meeting instructions for round-trip golf course transfers and airport drop-off
[Round-Trip Golf Course Transfers]
- This booking includes transport from your hotel to the golf course and back to your hotel after your round.
The hotel Meeting Point is the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. At the golf course, meet at the clubhouse.
★Important★ When you arrive at the golf course, get the driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask the caddie to call the driver when you finish your round.

Meet your driver in the hotel lobby at the Pick-up time shown on your voucher. Look for the name board.

Additional Information & Notes
1. Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the manager at the course. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher that can be used from the following day up to a maximum of 3 months later.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact the travel agency about cancellation, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the course mentions a refund, call Monkey Travel’s emergency line immediately at +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number) and ask to speak with the counter staff. If the details cannot be confirmed right away, the issue is often treated as a communication problem, and you may not receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain after you have completed only 1–9 holes, the course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining 9 holes. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.

3. Policies by Group Size for Each Round
♣ Bookings for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be submitted and confirmed.

♣ Play for Groups of 5
- Groups of 5 cannot play together as a single team in Vietnam.
- Groups of 5 will be split into teams of 3 and 2, or 4 and 1, at the golf course on the day of play. If the course asks you to join another group, you must do so.

♣ Joining Other Groups at the Golf Course
- Play is arranged in groups of 4 at the golf course. Solo play is not available; the course will arrange groups.
- You will not be paired with another group if there are no other bookings at the golf course.
4. Important Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holidays and Extended Holiday Periods
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course usually apply. However, prices may change even after your booking is confirmed due to changes in the golf course’s policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for every 2–4 players, or to a round without a caddie.

Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
5. Requesting Club Rentals
→ The brand cannot be selected in advance. Please choose from the clubs available at the course on the day.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us your details in this format: [Men’s/Women’s + left-handed/right-handed + number of sets], and we’ll reserve them for you.
→ Please pay at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Information on Gallery Requests
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. Requests may be declined during peak season, and we’ll let you know after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, please send us the number of gallery guests and your request. For children, include their age and date of birth, and we’ll make the arrangements.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day.
7. Junior Rates
Junior policies vary by golf course. When booking, please provide the junior’s age so we can check whether the junior rate applies and confirm the discounted price.

→ To receive the junior rate, you must submit a photo of the passport page showing the junior’s information in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after you arrive at the golf course on the day of play. Please request the junior rate in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Ba Na Hills: from 400,000 VND
Montgomerie: from 450,000 VND
Vinpearl: from 500,000 VND

→ Please pay caddie tips in VND if possible. USD is also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; tips are not.
→ Some caddies may feel awkward asking for a tip and instead ask for the caddie fee. Please note that they mean the tip, not the caddie fee.
* Carts are shared by two players. If you use a cart on your own, an additional fee will apply at the course.
9. Vehicle Arrangements by Group Size
10. Information on Additional Vehicle Use Beyond Round-Trip Golf Course Transfers
(1) Additional vehicle use is charged at 100,000 VND per hour before 22:00 and 200,000 VND per hour from 22:00 onward. This fee must be paid separately from the tip. (Advance reservation required.)

→ We recommend requesting this service in advance, as the driver may have other commitments afterward.

→ Requests made on the day may not be accommodated if the driver has another commitment.
11. Driver Tipping Information
(1) Tipping the driver is optional but appreciated: VND 100,000–200,000 per group per day.
→ For a one-way airport transfer, VND 30,000–50,000 is appropriate.
12. Luggage Storage Information
(1) The round-trip transfer to the golf course is for transportation only, so luggage cannot be stored in the vehicle.
→ You can store your luggage at the golf course reception.

(2) Golf bags cannot be stored in the vehicle during your golf package.
→ We request the same vehicle for your entire golf package, but this cannot be guaranteed if an issue arises with the vehicle or driver.
→ If the vehicle assignment changes at short notice on a golf day, we may not be able to locate your golf bags. Please store them at your hotel’s front desk.
13. Changes and Other Information
