Your coordinator will be assigned, and consultation and booking arrangements will begin once you connect.

📌 The price may change after payment
Additional charges may apply after payment for weekend surcharges, public holiday surcharges, and other fees listed under exclusions.

📌 Your preferred tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book the golf courses listed in the package, we’ll let you know which alternatives are available. The price may change, and additional charges may apply.
If you’re not satisfied with the alternatives, you may cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel for a full refund if a golf course cannot be booked for some or all of your dates.
To confirm availability, please contact us through the KakaoTalk link sent after payment. Your coordinator will check with the golf courses and let you know what options are available.
Please do not book accommodation or issue flight tickets that cannot be changed or canceled before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after your booking has been confirmed, the golf course may change your tee time in advance or on the day of play for operational reasons. In such cases, complaints cannot be accepted, and you must proceed at the revised tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.
We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s poor operations, but the golf course is solely responsible.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel, you must go to the golf course in case of rain. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you must proceed with your round.
Cancellation is possible only if the golf course decides to close due to exceptionally severe weather.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Information
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel, you must go to the course, even in rainy weather.

Unless the golf course decides to close in advance, rounds cannot be canceled or refunded, even in heavy rain or strong winds. You must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the on-site manager. If they approve, you may receive a rain check (voucher) valid for use from 1 day up to 3 months later.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about canceling, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call the Monkey Travel emergency contact number immediately while you are there: +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number). Please hand the phone to the counter staff. If we cannot verify the situation right away, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain after you have completed only 1–9 holes and leave the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining 9 holes. The 9-hole rate is about 70% of the 18-hole rate.
2. Dress Code Guidelines
3. Rules Based on the Number of Players per Round
♣ Booking for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be submitted and confirmed.

♣ Playing with 5 Players

4. Special Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
During Vietnam public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course usually apply. However, prices may change even after booking confirmation if the golf course changes its policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for every 2–4 players, or to rounds without caddies. Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
