Important Notes Before Booking

After payment, we’ll text you a link to the Captain Vietnam KakaoTalk channel. Please connect with us through the channel. Your coordinator will be assigned once you connect, and will assist with inquiries and reservations.

📌 Your preferred tee time may not be available
If we’re unable to book the golf courses listed in the package, we’ll suggest available alternatives. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not happy with the alternatives, you can cancel for a full refund.

You can also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book a golf course for any date or for the entire itinerary.

To confirm availability, please use the KakaoTalk link sent after payment to message us. Your coordinator will check with the golf courses and let you know what’s available. Do not book accommodation or flights that cannot be changed or canceled until you receive confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after your golf bookings are confirmed, the golf course may change your tee time in advance or on the day of play for operational reasons. These changes are not grounds for a complaint, and you’ll need to follow the revised tee time in accordance with the golf course’s rules.

We can help with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible for resolving them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel, you must go to the course. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you’ll be expected to play your round.

Cancellation is only possible if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Ba Na Hills Golf Club is nestled at the foothills of Ba Na Hills National Park, about 30 minutes from Da Nang Airport.

Designed by Luke Donald, who topped the European Tour and PGA Tour money lists in 2011, its 18-hole course winds through majestic mountain ranges and is considered one of the most scenic golf courses in central Vietnam.

The course features wide fairways and challenging bunkers, and offers night golf.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Located about 25 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Montgomerie Golf Club is a world-class semi-private golf club with a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range, and PGA Golf Academy.

Designed by Colin Montgomerie, captain of the 2010 European Ryder Cup team, the course was named Vietnam’s Best Course in 2010 and 2011.

Overlooking Da Nang’s expansive coastline, the course offers beautiful surroundings. The Montgomerie Links courses feature natural elements such as sand, trees, and earth, creating a distinctive natural setting.

Knee-length or longer shorts are permitted.

As part of the club’s plastic-reduction initiative, plastic bags for used golf clothes have not been provided in the lockers since September 16, 2019. Please bring your own bag or purchase one separately at reception.
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An
Located about an hour by car from Da Nang Airport, Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An features a recently built 18-hole, par-72 course. Highlights include gentle undulations, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens.

Guests traveling with young children or non-golfers can also enjoy Vinpearl Land and the safari. The hotel’s shuttle bus makes it easy to explore Da Nang independently, so guests can combine a stay, sightseeing, and golf in one trip.

There is one airport meeting point: the exit after baggage claim.
After exiting, look to your right for Star Cafe. Meet the driver in front of Star Cafe holding a sign with your name on it.

[Domestic Flights]
There is one exit after baggage claim. Meet the driver just outside the exit holding a sign with your name on it.

★ Important ★ For airport Pick-up, enter your flight arrival time as the reservation time and your flight number as the Meeting Point.
→ Airport Pick-up is arranged based on your flight number and arrival time. The driver/Guide will wait for you according to your flight’s arrival.

[Round-Trip Golf Transfers]
- This booking includes transport from your hotel to the golf course and back to your hotel after your round.
At the hotel, meet at the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. At the golf course, meet at the clubhouse.
★ Important ★ When you arrive at the golf course, get the driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask the caddie to call the driver when you finish.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the golf course decides in advance to close, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the on-site manager. If approved, the only option is a rain check (voucher), which can be used from as soon as 1 day later and up to a maximum of 3 months later.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about canceling, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call the Monkey Travel emergency contact number immediately and hand the phone to the counter staff: +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number). If the matter cannot be confirmed on the spot, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the golf course closes due to rain and you have completed only 1–9 holes before leaving the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining amount. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.

3. Policies by Group Size per Round
♣ Booking for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be accepted and confirmed.

♣ Playing with 5 Players
- Groups of 5 cannot play together as a single flight in Vietnam.
- Groups of 5 will be split into teams of 3 and 2 or 4 and 1 at the golf course on the day of play. If another group requests to join, you must agree to join them.

♣ Joining Other Players at the Golf Course
- Players are grouped into flights of 4 at the golf course. Solo play is not allowed; the golf course will arrange the groups.
- If there are no other bookings at the golf course, you will not be joined with another group.
4. Special Notice for Vietnam Public Holiday Periods
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf courses generally apply. However, prices may change even after booking confirmation if a course changes its policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for every 2–4 players, or to rounds without a caddie. Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
5. Club Rental Request Information
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. Requests may be declined during peak season, and we’ll let you know after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your reservation is confirmed via KakaoTalk, please send us the number of gallery guests and their details (for children, age in years and date of birth), and we’ll make the reservation.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Guide to Gallery Requests
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course generally apply. However, prices may change even after confirmation if the golf course changes its policies. 7. Junior Pricing Information
Junior policies vary by golf course. When booking, please provide the junior’s age so we can check whether the junior rate applies and adjust the price accordingly.

→ If the junior rate applies, please submit a photo of the passport page showing the junior’s details in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after arriving at the golf course on the day of play. Please request the junior rate in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Ba Na Hills: from 400,000 VND
Montgomerie: from 450,000 VND
Vinpearl: from 500,000 VND

→ Caddie tips are best paid in VND, but USD is also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; tips are not.
→ Some caddies may feel awkward asking for a tip and refer to it as a caddie fee. Please note that this is a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
* Carts are shared by two players. A surcharge applies at the course if you prefer to use a cart by yourself.
9. Vehicle Arrangements by Group Size
10. Driver Tips
(1) Driver tips are not required, but a courtesy tip of 100,000–200,000 VND per group per day is appreciated.
→ For a one-way airport transfer only, 30,000–50,000 VND is appropriate.
