If we’re unable to book the golf course listed in the package, we’ll suggest an available alternative. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not happy with the alternative, you may cancel for a full refund.

If we’re unable to book any golf course on some dates or throughout your entire stay, you may also cancel for a full refund.

To confirm availability, please use the KakaoTalk link sent after payment to contact us. Your coordinator will check with the golf courses and provide you with the details. Please do not book non-refundable or non-changeable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 **Tee-off time changes and on-site issues**
Even after your golf booking is confirmed, the golf course may change your tee-off time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In this case, complaints cannot be accommodated, and you’ll need to proceed at the adjusted tee-off time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.

We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible for resolving them.

📌 **Rain policy**
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the golf course. Rounds generally go ahead even in heavy rain or wind, and cancellations and refunds are not available. You may cancel only if the golf course decides to close due to exceptionally severe conditions.

The Pearl Hoi An
This 5-star hotel, resort, and integrated complex opened in March 2019.

Located at the entrance to Hoi An, the resort is about a 30-minute drive from Da Nang and around 40 minutes from the airport. Its private beach is directly in front of the hotel, and An Bang Beach is about a 10-minute walk away.

As of March 2019, the resort’s only operating facilities are the swimming pool and breakfast restaurant. Shops are planned for the hotel’s first floor, with the complex expected to include a cinema, bowling alley, restaurants, convenience stores, and more.

The restaurant is open from 06:30 to 22:00, and the breakfast buffet is served from 06:30 to 10:30.

The 1,600 sqm swimming pool is open from 06:30 to 21:00. You may use it after 21:00, but there will be no lifeguard on duty.

Legend Da Nang Golf Resort (formerly BRG Da Nang Golf Club)
The golf club features 36 holes: 18 on the Norman Course and 18 on the Nicklaus Course.

- **Norman Course:** A traditional links-style course with flat terrain and lush grass
Designed by Greg Norman, the “Great White Shark” and one of the world’s top golfers, the Norman Course is regarded as one of the best golf courses in Vietnam. Its relatively flat, grassy terrain and unpredictable sea breezes call for a variety of shots.

- **Nicklaus Course:** Asia’s first bulkhead-style course, with retaining walls along its water hazards
Designed in partnership with legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, this course features bulkhead walls along the fairways. It is considered more challenging than the Norman Course, offering golfers a different test and experience.

The resort is about a 20-minute drive from the golf club.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Located about 25 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Montgomerie Golf Club is a world-class semi-private golf club with a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range, and PGA Golf Academy.

Named Vietnam’s best golf course in 2010 and 2011, it was designed by Colin Montgomerie, captain of the European team at the 2010 Ryder Cup.

Overlooking the expansive Da Nang coastline, the course offers spectacular scenery. Its natural landscape features sand, woodland, and earth.

Shorts are permitted, but they must fall below the knee.

As part of the club’s plastic-reduction initiative, bags for used golf clothes are no longer provided in the lockers as of September 16, 2019. Please bring your own bag or purchase one separately at reception.
Vinpearl Golf Club
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An features an 18-hole, par-72 course with well-judged undulations, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens.

Even if you’re traveling with young children or companions who don’t play golf, you can enjoy Vinpearl Land and the safari. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus for independent trips to Da Nang, making it easy to combine your stay, sightseeing, and golf.

[Golf Course Round-Trip Transportation]
- This service includes transportation from your hotel to the golf course and back to your hotel after your round.
The hotel Meeting Point is the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. At the golf course, meet at the clubhouse.
★ Important ★ After arriving at the golf course, get the driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask them to call the driver when your round is over.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must still go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, rounds cannot be canceled or refunded, even in heavy rain or strong winds. You will be expected to play your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the on-site manager. If they approve, you may receive a rain check voucher, which can be used from the following day up to 3 months later.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact the travel agency about canceling, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call the Monkey Travel emergency contact immediately and ask to speak with the counter staff: +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number). If we cannot confirm this directly, communication issues may mean you are unable to receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain and you have completed only holes 1–9 before leaving the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining 9 holes. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.

3. Policies by Group Size per Round
♣ Bookings for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be accepted and confirmed.

♣ Groups of 5 Players
- Groups of 5 cannot play together as one group in Vietnam.
- Groups of 5 will be split into groups of 3 and 2 or 4 and 1, as assigned by the golf course on the day. If you are asked to join another group, you must agree.

♣ Joining Other Golfers
- Golf is played in groups of 4, and playing alone is not permitted. The golf course will arrange the groups.
- If there are no other bookings at the golf course, you will not be paired with another group.
4. Special Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
During Vietnamese public holiday periods, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course generally apply. However, prices may change even after your booking is confirmed due to changes in the golf course’s policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for 2–4 golfers or to rounds without a caddie.

Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
5. How to Request Club Rentals
→ You cannot choose the brand; please select from the options available at the golf course on the day.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, let us know whether you need men’s or women’s clubs, left- or right-handed, and how many sets. We’ll arrange the rental for you.
→ Please pay at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Gallery Request Information
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. Requests may be declined during peak season, and we’ll let you know after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, please send us the number of gallery guests and your request. For children, include their age and date of birth, and we’ll make the reservation.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day.
7. Junior Rate Information
Junior policies vary by golf course. When booking, please provide the junior’s age in completed years so we can check whether the junior rate applies and adjust the price accordingly.

→ To receive the junior rate, you must submit a photo of the passport page showing the junior’s details in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after arriving at the golf course on the day of play. Please request the junior rate in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Golf Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Montgomerie: from VND 400,000
Vinpearl: from VND 500,000
Legend Da Nang: from VND 400,000

→ Caddie tips are best paid in VND, but USD is also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; tips are not.
→ Some caddies may feel uncomfortable asking for a tip and refer to it as a caddie fee. Please note that this means the tip, not the fee.

* Carts are shared by two players. If you would like to use a cart on your own, an additional charge will apply at the course.

(1) Driver gratuity is optional: 100,000–200,000 VND per group per day
→ For a simple one-way airport transfer, 30,000–50,000 VND is appropriate.
