If we’re unable to book the golf courses included in the package, we’ll suggest available alternatives. The price may change, and additional charges may apply.
If you’re not satisfied with the alternatives, you can cancel for a full refund.
You can also cancel for a full refund if we’re unable to book any golf course on some or all of your travel dates.
To confirm availability, please use the KakaoTalk link sent after payment to start a chat with us. A representative will check with the golf courses and update you.
Please do not book non-changeable accommodations or flights in advance.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after receiving your golf course confirmation, the course may change your tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In such cases, complaints cannot be accepted, and you’ll need to play at the revised tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.
We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is solely responsible.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the golf course.
In general, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or wind, and you’ll need to proceed with your round. Cancellation is possible only if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa
Haian Beach Hotel & Spa is a 4.5-star hotel just a 3-minute walk from My Khe Beach. Located right by the beach, it offers great views and easy access to other attractions in Da Nang.

As a newly opened hotel, it features clean, modern facilities. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and restaurants, and with My Khe Beach just across the street, it’s a great place to enjoy a stroll.

Rooms are booked as City View Oasis rooms by default. Room upgrades are available for an additional fee.

Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Ba Na Hills Golf Club is nestled at the foot of Ba Na Hills National Park, about 30 minutes from Da Nang Airport.

Designed by Luke Donald, the 2011 money leader on both the European Tour and PGA Tour, its 18-hole course winds through majestic mountain scenery and is considered one of the most spectacular courses in Central Vietnam.

The course features wide fairways and challenging bunkers, and offers night golf.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Located about 25 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport, Montgomery Golf Club is a world-class semi-private golf club with a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range, and PGA Golf Academy.

Designed by Colin Montgomerie, captain of the European team at the 2010 Ryder Cup, the course was named Vietnam’s best in 2010 and 2011.

Overlooking Da Nang’s expansive coastline, the club offers spectacular scenery. The courses at Montgomerie Links feature natural elements such as sand, woodland, and earth.

Shorts are permitted, but they must fall below the knee.

As part of the club’s plastic-reduction initiative, bags for used golf clothes are no longer provided in the lockers as of September 16, 2019. Please bring your own bag or purchase one separately at reception.
Vinpearl Golf Club
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An is a recently built 18-hole, par-72 course. Its highlights include gently undulating terrain, well-maintained fairways, and fast greens.

★Important★ For airport Pick-up, enter your flight’s arrival time as the reservation time and your flight number as the Meeting Point.

[Golf Course Round-Trip Transportation]
- This service includes transportation from the hotel to the golf course and back to the hotel after your round.
At the hotel, meet at the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. At the golf course, meet at the clubhouse.
★Important★ When you arrive at the golf course, get the driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask the caddie to call the driver when your round is finished.

[Airport Drop-off]
Meet the driver in the hotel lobby at the Pick-up time shown on your voucher. The driver will be holding a name sign.

Additional Information & Notes
Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the on-site manager. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher that can be used within 1 day to 3 months.

If the golf course counter or reception tells you to contact the travel agency about canceling, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call Monkey Travel’s emergency number immediately while you are there and hand the phone to the counter staff: +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number). If the matter is not confirmed on the spot, it is often treated as a communication issue, and you may not receive a refund.

If the course closes due to rain and you have completed only holes 1–9 before leaving the course, the golf course will typically charge you the 9-hole rate and refund the difference. The 9-hole rate is approximately 70% of the 18-hole rate.

3. Rules by Number of Players per Round
♣ Bookings for 1–3 Players
- Bookings for 1–3 players can be requested and confirmed.

♣ Playing as a Group of 5
- Groups of 5 cannot play together in Vietnam.
- Groups of 5 will be split into groups of 3 and 2 or 4 and 1 at the golf course on the day of play. You must join another group if the course requests it.

♣ Joining Other Groups at the Golf Course
- Players are grouped into foursomes at the golf course. Playing as a standalone group is not permitted; the course will arrange the groups.
- You will not be paired with another group if there are no other bookings at the golf course.
4. Special Notice for Vietnam’s Public Holiday Period
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates or special rates set by the golf course typically apply. However, prices may change even after your booking is confirmed due to changes in the golf course’s policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for every 2–4 golfers, or to rounds without a caddie.

Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding these changes.
5. How to Request Club Rentals
→ You cannot choose the brand; please select from the clubs available at the golf course on the day.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us the player’s gender, left- or right-handed preference, and number of sets, and we’ll reserve them for you.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Information on Gallery Requests
→ Gallery access can be requested in advance. However, requests may be declined during peak season. We’ll let you know after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us the number of gallery guests and your request. For children, please include their age in full years and date of birth, and we’ll make the reservation.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day of your visit.
7. Junior Rates
Junior policies vary by golf course. When booking, please provide the junior’s age in years so we can confirm eligibility and apply the discount if available.

→ To receive the junior rate, you must submit a photo of the junior’s passport information page in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to a junior rate after you arrive at the golf course on the day of play. Please request the junior rate in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Ba Na Hills: from VND 400,000
Montgomerie: from VND 450,000
Vinpearl: from VND 500,000

→ Caddie tips are best paid in Vietnamese dong, but US dollars are also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; caddie tips are not.
→ Occasionally, caddies may feel awkward asking for a tip and ask for the “caddie fee” instead. Please don’t mistake this for an additional caddie fee—it’s a tip.
* Carts are shared by two players. If you prefer a cart for one, an additional fee will apply on site.

10. Driver Tipping Information
(1) Driver gratuities are optional: 100,000–200,000 VND per group, per day.
→ For a one-way airport transfer only, 30,000–50,000 VND is appropriate.
