If we’re unable to book a golf course listed in the package, we’ll offer an available alternative. The price may change, and additional charges may apply. If you’re not satisfied with the alternative, you may cancel for a full refund.

If we’re unable to book any golf course on some dates or throughout your entire trip, you may also cancel for a full refund.

After payment, please use the KakaoTalk link to contact us. Our staff will check availability with the golf course and let you know the options. Do not book non-refundable accommodation or flights before receiving confirmation.

📌 Tee time changes and on-site issues
Even after you receive your golf course confirmation, the course may change your tee time in advance or on the day due to operational reasons. In such cases, complaints cannot be accommodated, and you’ll need to play at the revised tee time in accordance with the golf course’s policies.

We can assist with issues caused by the golf course’s operational shortcomings, but the golf course is fully responsible for them.

📌 Rain policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel, you must go to the course. In general, cancellations and refunds are not available, even in heavy rain or wind, and you’ll be expected to play your round.

Cancellation is only possible if the golf course decides to close due to severe weather.

Awaken Danang Hotel
Awaken Danang Hotel is located in Son Tra, a 3-minute walk from My Khe Beach and close to the Han River. Dragon Bridge is 3.3 km away, and Han Market is 3.6 km away.

<Hotel Information>
→ Deluxe Partial Sea View rooms are provided as standard. Room upgrades are available for an additional fee.
→ If the hotel is fully booked, additional fees may apply for a room upgrade or a change of hotel.
→ To request a double or twin room, please contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board no later than 3 days before departure.
→ Breakfast is usually served from 6:30 AM. If you cannot make it to breakfast, request a breakfast box from the hotel front desk the day before and collect it there in the morning. (Some hotels do not offer breakfast boxes; please check with the front desk.)
Ba Na Hills Golf Club
Ba Na Hills Golf Club is nestled at the foothills of Ba Na Hills National Park, about 30 minutes from Da Nang Airport.

Designed in 2011 by Luke Donald, who topped the European Tour and PGA Tour money lists, its 18-hole course winds through majestic mountain ranges and is considered one of the most scenic golf courses in central Vietnam.

The course features wide fairways and challenging bunkers, and is also open for night golf.
Montgomerie Golf Club
Montgomerie Golf Club is about 25 minutes by car from Da Nang Airport. This world-class semi-private golf club offers a range of facilities, including a clubhouse, driving range, and PGA Golf Academy.

Designed by Colin Montgomerie, the 2010 European Ryder Cup Captain, the course was named Vietnam’s Best Course in 2010 and 2011.

Overlooking Da Nang’s expansive beach, the club offers beautiful surroundings. The Montgomerie Links courses feature natural elements such as sand, woodland, and earth.

Shorts are allowed, but they must fall below the knee.

Since September 16, 2019, plastic bags for storing clothes after play have not been provided in the lockers as part of the club’s plastic reduction initiative. Please bring your own bag or purchase one at reception.
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An
Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An features a recently built 18-hole, par-72 course with well-maintained fairways, gentle undulations, and fast greens. Families with young children and guests who don’t play golf can enjoy Vinpearl Land and the safari, while the hotel’s shuttle bus makes it easy to explore Da Nang independently. It’s an ideal place to combine a comfortable stay, sightseeing, and golf.
Legend Da Nang Golf Resort (formerly BRG Da Nang Golf Club)
This 36-hole golf club features 18 holes on the Norman Course and 18 on the Nicklaus Course.

- **Norman Course:** A traditional links-style course with relatively flat terrain and lush grass
Designed by Greg Norman, the “Great White Shark,” the Norman Course is considered one of the best golf courses in Vietnam. Its relatively flat, grassy terrain and unpredictable sea breezes call for a variety of shots.

- **Nicklaus Course:** Asia’s first bulkhead-style course, featuring water hazards with retaining walls
Designed in partnership with legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, this course features retaining walls along the fairways—a first for Asia. It is considered more challenging than the Norman Course, offering golfers a different test and experience.

The resort is about a 20-minute drive from your accommodation.

[Golf Course Round-Trip Transfers]
- This service is booked for travel from your hotel to the golf course and back to your hotel after your round.
The hotel Meeting Point is the main lobby, in front of the vehicle entrance. The golf course Meeting Point is the clubhouse.
★Important★ After arriving at the golf course, get your driver’s phone number and give it to your caddie. Ask them to call the driver when your round is over.

[Airport Drop-off]
Meet your driver in the hotel lobby at the Pick-up time shown on your voucher. The driver will be holding a sign with your name.

Additional Information & Notes
1. Golf Course Rain Policy
Unless the golf course contacts you in advance to cancel due to rain, you must go to the course.

Unless the course decides to close in advance, rounds cannot be canceled or refunded, even in heavy rain or strong winds, and you must proceed with your round.

If you wish to cancel, speak with the manager on-site. If approved, you may receive a rain check voucher, valid for use within 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.

If the golf course counter (reception) tells you to contact your travel agency about cancellation, this means cancellation may be possible, but a refund is not.

If the golf course mentions a refund, call Monkey Travel’s emergency line immediately and ask to speak with the counter staff: +84 91-636-0055 (Vietnam number). If the matter cannot be confirmed on the spot, communication issues may result in you not receiving a refund.

If the course closes due to rain and you have completed only 1–9 holes before leaving the course, the golf course will usually charge the 9-hole rate and refund the remaining 9 holes. The 9-hole rate is about 70% of the 18-hole rate.
2. Dress Code Information
3. Group Size Requirements for Each Round
♣ Booking for 1–3 Guests
- Bookings for 1–3 guests can be requested and confirmed.

♣ Playing with 5 Guests
- Groups of 5 are not permitted to play together in Vietnam.
- Groups of 5 will be split into groups of 3 and 2 or 4 and 1 at the golf course’s discretion on the day of play. If the course asks you to join another group, you must do so.

♣ Joining Other Golfers
- Golfers are grouped into foursomes at the golf course. Playing on your own is not permitted; the course will arrange the groups.
- You will not be paired with another group if there are no other bookings at the golf course.
4. Special Notice for Vietnam Public Holiday Periods
During Vietnamese public holidays, weekend rates usually apply, or the golf course may set special rates. Prices may still change after confirmation if the golf course updates its policies. Caddie arrangements may also change to one caddie for 2–4 golfers, or the round may take place without a caddie. Please note that complaints regarding these changes cannot be accepted.
5. How to Request Club Rentals
→ Brands cannot be selected in advance. Please choose from the clubs available at the golf course on the day.
→ After your reservation is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us the golfer’s gender, handedness (left- or right-handed), and the number of sets, and we’ll arrange the rental.
→ Please pay at the golf course counter on the day.
6. Information on Gallery Requests
→ You can request gallery access in advance. During peak season, the golf course may not allow galleries, so we’ll confirm availability after you submit your booking request.
→ Once your booking is confirmed via KakaoTalk, send us the number of gallery guests and their details (for children, include their age and date of birth), and we’ll arrange it for you.
→ Payment is due at the golf course counter on the day of your visit.
7. Junior Rate Information
Junior policies vary by golf course. Please provide the junior’s age at the time of booking so we can check whether the junior rate applies and adjust the price accordingly.

→ If the junior rate applies, please submit a photo of the junior’s passport information page in advance.
→ The rate cannot be changed to the junior rate after you arrive at the golf course on the day of play. Please request the junior rate in advance.
8. Mandatory Caddie Tips and Cart Information (per 18 holes)
Ba Na Hills: from VND 400,000
Montgomerie: from VND 450,000
Vinpearl: from VND 500,000
Da Nang Legend Golf: from VND 400,000

→ Caddie tips are best paid in VND, but USD is also accepted.
→ Caddie fees are included; caddie tips are not.
→ Some caddies may feel awkward asking for a tip and refer to it as a caddie fee. Please note that they are asking for a tip, not an additional caddie fee.
* Golf carts are shared by two players. If you prefer to use a cart on your own, an additional fee will apply on-site.
9. Vehicle Arrangements by Number of Guests
10. Driver Tipping Information
(1) Tipping the driver is optional. A customary tip is VND 100,000–200,000 per group per day.
→ For a one-way airport transfer only, VND 30,000–50,000 is appropriate.
