How to Meet Your Guide Again

After meeting your driver, please exchange contact details (or via KakaoTalk). When departing, kindly confirm a time to reconnect, such as "Let's meet again at [time]." If you need to reschedule, please contact your driver at least one hour before the original time; simply meeting the driver will suffice.

In some cases, if vehicle schedules do not align, the driver for the outbound leg may differ from the return leg driver. In such instances, we will contact you using the registered phone number.

Hon Thom Cable Car Ride

Opened in February 2018, the Hon Thom Cable Car by SunWorld was selected as one of the world's longest cable cars, stretching approximately 8 km. Experience breathtaking views of Sunset Town, Hon Thom Island, and Phu Quoc's stunning coastline from the cable car.

Please note that if there is a scheduling conflict, the drivers for your outbound and return trips may be different. In such cases, we will contact you via the phone number registered in your booking.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Vehicle Provision Guide by Number of People Reserved
Vehicles are assigned based on the number of adults in your group. You can request a vehicle size upgrade in advance.
• SUV to Van: 400,000 VND per vehicle
🕒 Additional Vehicle Usage Guide (Excluding Pickup & Drop-off)
The additional vehicle usage fee is 100,000 VND per hour (before 22:00) / 200,000 VND per hour (after 22:00), and must be paid separately from tips. (Advance application required)
→ It is recommended to request in advance as the driver may have a subsequent schedule.
→ If requested on the same day, use may not be possible if the driver has another schedule.

🧳 Luggage Storage
Luggage can be stored in the vehicle's trunk.
• Storing luggage on the passenger seats inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
• Luggage storage may be refused if your suitcases/bags are not securely locked when placed in the trunk.
📢 Changes and Other Information
The tour will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather.
You will be notified by email only if the operator decides to cancel the tour in advance.

In case of an emergency, please call the emergency contact number listed on the voucher sent to you by email.
