Overview: Immigration Fast Track and Private Airport Pickup (Private Vehicle); At Phu Quoc International Airport, you’ll go through immigration via the VIP lane, which is also used by airline crew. Airline crew, including captains and flight attendants, have priority at immigration. Fast-track guests are processed in turn after the crew.

Please be aware that you may need to wait if the VIP fast-track lane is busy.

Check-in Method: Arrival Fast-Track Meeting Point; After entering the arrivals hall, meet the staff member holding a sign with your name on it.; Pickup Meeting Point; Phu Quoc International Airport has one exit. Just outside, you’ll find your driver holding a sign with your name. Please meet them there. If you can’t see your driver, call the emergency contact number at the bottom of your booking confirmation (voucher).
