The easiest and most convenient way to visit I-Resort
There is no limit on the amount of time you stay at I-Resort (play time).
→ However, after arriving at I-Resort, please make an appointment with the driver for the time to meet again.
→ If you wish to return earlier than the agreed time, you must contact us at least 1 hour in advance so the driver can move to I-Resort.
Sometimes, if the vehicle dispatch time does not match, the driver for the one-way vehicle to Ba Na Hills and the return vehicle departing from I-Resort may be changed.
In this case, the Da Nang local office will contact you through the registered customer contact number.
■ I-Resort operating hours are 08:00 ~ 17:30.
■ The hot water pool can be used from 08:00 ~ 17:00, and the mud bath from 08:00 ~ 17:30 (last entry 16:30).

- Meet at the designated pickup time you selected during booking.
🏨 Hotel Meeting
Please meet your driver holding a sign with your name at the lobby during the Pick-up Time listed on your voucher.
→ For guests staying at Vinpearl Island, the meeting will take place at the reception of the Vinpearl Land Pier (the same location where you checked in).
→ You must exit to the Land Pier reception area.
✈️ Airport Meeting
- International Flights
The meeting point is Column 6 after you have collected your luggage and exited the terminal.
Meet your driver holding a sign with your name at Column 6, then proceed with the driver to the parking lot for your vehicle transfer.
- Domestic Flights
The meeting point is immediately outside the building, just across the crosswalk. Meet your driver holding a sign with your name there.
🚨 For airport pick-ups with time selection: Please specify both the flight arrival time and pick-up location using the flight number.
- Transfer to I-Resort
Approximately 20 minutes by car from Nha Trang city center; approximately 1 hour by car from Cam Ranh.
- Arrival at I-Resort
Please provide the driver's KakaoTalk ID.
- Driver Meeting Point
Please contact the driver at least one hour before your scheduled re-meeting time.
- Return
Upon completing your tour, we will depart from your drop-off location and return you to the destination specified during booking, concluding your itinerary.
Additional vehicle fees for inter-city travel within Nha Trang (per vehicle, one-way):

The QR code will be sent to the email address you entered when booking after 17:00 on the day before use.
If you did not receive the email, please let us know the booker's name below.

When you separate after arriving at I-Resort, please say, 'Let's meet again at what time.'
If the time changes, contact the driver at least 1 hour before the original time and meet the driver.
