Overview: Nha Trang Arrival Massage Pack; This package includes Cam Ranh Airport pickup via a private vehicle, hotel drop-off, and a 120-minute Hermes Spa Signature massage, allowing you to conveniently enjoy airport pickup, spa, and hotel drop-off all at once. The spa is scheduled according to your flight arrival time, and menu changes or refunds for the price difference are also possible.; ✅ What's included; ❌ Exclusions

Schedule

Airport Meeting: Upon exiting the airport's first-floor entrance, please meet your driver at the sixth pillar on the exterior side. After meeting the driver, proceed together to the parking lot to board the vehicle.

Arrival at Hermes Spa: Includes a 120-minute Hermes Signature Massage.

Your preferred hotel drop-off: Additional fees for destinations outside Nha Trang city and Cam Ranh area (per vehicle, one-way):
→ Please pay the driver directly in cash on the day of your trip.
- For single bookings:
(1) Amiana Hotel area: 150,000 VND for sedan, SUV, or minivan
(2) Ninh Van Bay area: 250,000 VND for sedan or SUV; 200,000 VND for minivan
- For group bookings (2+ guests):
(3) Amiana Hotel area: 100,000 VND per one-way trip per group
(4) Ninh Van Bay area: 200,000 VND per one-way trip per group
Payment must be made in cash to the driver on the day of your tour.

Operation Hours : 08:30 ~ 20:00

Child policy: Infant : 0~3age / Child : 4~10age / Adult : 11age~; Children under age 4 are not provided spa service. Children under age 11 are provided a 90-minute kids massage.

Usage method: 1️⃣ Vehicle guide; When booking for 1 person, a private sedan is provided.
If you wish to upgrade, please request through the channel where you made the booking and pay the driver.
- Sedan → SUV : 50,000 VND / per vehicle
- Sedan → Van : 250,000 VND / per vehicle
For bookings of 2 or more, an SUV or van is provided depending on the number of people, and it may be join-in on the day depending on the situation.
Pickup is carried out according to the flight number and arrival details you entered when booking.
● Date of use = date of flight arrival in Nha Trang
● Reservation time = time of flight arrival in Nha Trang
● Flight number (KE, OZ, TW, 7C, VJ, etc.); 2️⃣ Hermes Spa; Hermes Spa Cam Ranh is a newly opened spa, a healing space completed with natural ingredients and delicate therapy.
Using only extra virgin coconut oil, olive oil, and natural essential oils, it provides pure relaxation without burdening the skin.; 3️⃣ Spa change guide; Basically Hermes Signature 120 minutes is provided, but you may choose the massage you want from the menu and receive a refund for the fare difference.
For bookings of 2 or more, if drop-off is to resorts in the Cam Ranh area or Mia Resort, changing to a 60-minute spa is eligible for a refund of the difference.
However, if drop-off is to other areas, refund is available only down to the 90-minute spa. You may change to a 30-minute or 60-minute massage, but no refund of the difference is available.; 4️⃣ Usage time guide; It will be reserved for 2 hours after the flight arrival time at the airport.
→ This is the recommended time considering immigration and transfer time after flight arrival.
→ Please be sure to leave the flight number when booking.
If the flight is delayed, please make sure to contact us in advance.
→ If it is difficult to adjust the spa schedule according to the delayed flight arrival time,
airport pickup and massage reservation may be canceled.
If you arrive earlier than expected,
→ we will try to adjust to an earlier time slot if possible,
and if adjustment is difficult, please understand that you may need to wait.
If 120 minutes becomes unavailable after time adjustment and it is changed to 90 minutes or 60 minutes,
→ the fare difference will be refunded separately.
