1. Please wait near the lobby entrance from the Pick-up Time listed on your voucher. As this is a shared tour, we kindly ask for your understanding that the vehicle may arrive 10–15 minutes later than scheduled.

2. After Pick-up, the driver will drop you off at the lower area of the pier. A representative from the Luxury Hopping Tour will then verify your name and request to see your voucher before you proceed with the tour.

3. Upon completing the hopping tour, please proceed to the location shown in the photo below. Hold the sign bearing your name and wait for the driver. When boarding the vehicle, please confirm your destination with the driver and board accordingly. Note that as this is a shared tour vehicle, the route may include stops at other hotels before reaching your hotel.

*Pick-up times may be adjusted in advance due to circumstances at the pick-up provider or changes in the hopping tour departure time. In such cases, we will contact you individually one day prior.

Please speak with a staff member at the main hotel lobby around 9:00 AM and mention "Speedboat Tuk Tuk." This indicates that you wish to travel to the land exit via boat. The Tuk Tuk typically departs at approximately 9:15 AM. Upon arriving at the island's dock via the Tuk Tuk, please note: "Absolutely do not take the speedboat to the mainland." You may simply sit on the sofa while waiting for the meeting coordinator to arrive from the island dock. Although this requires waiting about 15 minutes, we appreciate your understanding. The next buggy departure time is 9:45 AM.

To secure your departure, all participants must provide a passport photo and a copy of the entry stamp. Please send your booking number, full name, and passport photo to the 'Monkey Travel Vietnam' Kakao Channel by 10:00 Vietnam time the day before the tour. 🚨 Failure to submit a passport copy (containing passport details) may result in denied boarding.
