■ How to Meet Your Guide at the Hotel
1. Please wait near the lobby entrance where the vehicle will arrive, starting from the Pick-up Time listed on your confirmation voucher.
Please note that for shared tours, the Pick-up time may be delayed by approximately 10–15 minutes; we appreciate your understanding in advance.

2. After meeting your guide, kindly provide your name and board the vehicle.
※Pick-up times may be adjusted and will be confirmed individually based on the operator or local conditions on the day of your tour.
※As this is a shared tour, guides and drivers cannot wait indefinitely. If you are late, the guide/driver will depart, and your reservation will be marked as No-Show with no refund available.

3. If you are staying at a hotel within Vinpearl Island, please proceed to the Vinpearl Reception Hall on the mainland.
Arrive at the Vinpearl Reception Hall at least 10 minutes before your Pick-up Time, wait there seated, and look for your guide wearing the uniform upon arrival.

Menu: Fried squid, stir-fried noodles, stir-fried vegetables, rice, grilled fish, fruit, and more (menu may vary by season).

To register for pre-departure, all participants must provide a passport photo and the photo page of their passport stamped upon entry. Please send your booking number, full name, and passport photo to the 'Monkey Travel Vietnam' Kakao Channel by 10:00 AM Vietnam time the day before the tour. ⚠️ Failure to submit a copy of your passport (passport details) may result in denied boarding.
