Important Notice

1️⃣ Entry: Show the QR code on your voucher at the entrance to gain entry. 🤩
Entry is not permitted without the QR code, and we cannot assist with any issues resulting from arriving without it. Please make sure to save a screenshot of your QR code before you go.❗

2️⃣ There is no time limit for using the I-Resort Mud Spa during operating hours.

3️⃣ I-Resort is open from 08:00 to 17:30.

4️⃣ The hot spring pool is open from 08:00 to 17:00. The Mud House, mud bath, and herbal bath are available from 08:00 to 15:00. The VIP Room is available from 08:00 to 13:00.

5️⃣ Reservations are required for the Mud House and VIP Room.

6️⃣ Please bring your own swimsuit.

I-Resort Mud Spa has been a favorite among visitors to Nha Trang for years.

The large, spacious pool is heated, so you can enjoy a swim whatever the weather.

This private bungalow is available when you book a package that includes a VIP room. 😉
2️⃣ Mud Bath
[Photo 1] Mud Bath: Everyone in your party enjoys the mud bath together in one tub.

[Photo 2] Herbal Bath: Everyone in your party enjoys the herbal-infused hot bath together in one tub.

📌 The mud bath and herbal mineral bath tubs are reserved exclusively for your party.

Up to 10 people can use one mud bath tub at a time. Parties of 4–10 will be accommodated together in one tub.

For example, if your party of 6 would like to split into two groups of 3, please make two separate reservations for 1–3 people, selecting 3 people for each reservation.

Child policy
Infants : 0~100cm / Children : 101~150cm / Adults : 151cm~
The child policy for this product applies to children measuring 101–150 cm. Children taller than 150 cm will be charged an additional fee upon entry. The difference will be based on the on-site price, which may be significantly higher. → To avoid the hassle of exchanging the ticket for an adult ticket on-site, please select the correct ticket based on the child’s height.

A time reservation is required for the Mud House and VIP Room. No advance reservation is needed for other services.
📢 Changes and Other Information
The tour will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather.
You will be notified by email only if the operator decides to cancel the tour in advance.
For any booking changes, please contact our Customer Center at least 3 days before the tour date.
In case of an emergency, please call the emergency contact number listed on the voucher sent to you by email.
