- Upon arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, immigration will be processed through the VIP counter (Flight Crew Counter). Flight crew members (captains, flight attendants, etc.) have priority for immigration clearance, and those who have applied for the immigration fast track will be processed sequentially after the flight crew. Please be aware in advance that since there is only one VIP fast track line, you may have to wait if there are many users. ※ The staff's responsibility ends at guiding you to the immigration fast track line. Assistance with the actual screening process or other services will not be provided thereafter.

After entering the arrival hall of Cam Ranh International Airport, please meet the staff member holding the sign shown below. Airport regulations do not allow staff to carry name boards displaying individual passengers' names.
Sometimes the flight arrives early or the staff may not be able to wait due to on-site issues.
In that case,
please do not wait, just enter through the regular line and let us know, and we will process a refund.
However, please take one photo proving that there was no staff and send it to us later.
