Please meet the driver in the hotel lobby at the Pick-up Time shown on your voucher. The driver will be holding a sign with your name.

→ Guests staying on Vinpearl Island should meet the driver at the reception desk of the Vinpearl mainland pier, where you checked in.
→ Please make your way to the mainland pier reception desk.

✈️ Airport Meeting

- International Flights
After collecting your baggage and exiting the terminal, proceed to Pillar 6. Meet the driver holding a sign with your name, then follow the driver to the parking lot and board the vehicle.

- Domestic Flights
Exit the building and cross the crosswalk. You will find the driver holding a sign directly ahead.

🚨 For airport Pick-up, please enter your flight arrival time under “Time Selection” and your flight number under “Pick-up Location.”

After meeting the driver, exchange contact information or KakaoTalk details.

When you arrive at the pier and part ways, please confirm what time to meet again.

If you need to change the meeting time, contact the driver at least one hour before the originally scheduled time and meet them at the revised time.

※ Round-Trip Vehicle Information
In some cases, if the vehicle dispatch times do not align, the drivers for the one-way vehicle to the pier and the return vehicle may be different.

If this happens, the local Da Nang office will contact you using the contact information provided at the time of booking.

The entrance to the cable car station for VinWonders & Vinpearl Harbour is separate from the hotel check-in reception building.

Please enter the cable car station building on the left.

The driver will give you your ticket on the day of the tour. Scan the QR code on the ticket to enter VinWonders.

Please note that re-entry is not permitted after you exit.

Meet the driver again at the location where you parted, then return to the end location entered during booking to conclude the service.

This surcharge must be paid to the driver in cash on the day of service.
