VIP Sleeper Bus

■ Lower-deck cabin size: 93 x 185cm | Upper-deck cabin size: 85 x 185cm
■ Choose and book your preferred bus type from the two available bus companies.
■ You may request a specific seat, but if it is already fully booked, we will reserve the nearest available seat instead. You can confirm your assigned seat on the ticket provided later.
■ A bus of the same type as the one shown in the images may be assigned, but its color or some interior details may vary.

Overview
G8 Bus
Children under 5 can travel free of charge when sharing a bed.

Wi-Fi and charging ports are available. (The USB type may vary depending on the bus operating on the day of your trip.)

To transport bicycles, motorcycles, or other cargo, please submit a separate request through our KakaoTalk channel after making your reservation. Availability and pricing will be confirmed for each individual reservation.

There is no fixed price. When making your request, please also provide detailed information, including photos, weight, and dimensions. 카카오채널

Seat Information
The bus has lower- and upper-level cabins. Lower-level cabins are slightly more spacious than upper-level cabins and are priced higher.
Schedule
Pick-up within the Old Quarter (starting 45 minutes before departure)

Pick-up usually begins 45 minutes before departure, but the exact time varies by hotel.
Once the Meeting Point time is confirmed by 17:00 the day before departure, we will resend your booking confirmation.
The Meeting Point time may change significantly depending on circumstances, and the vehicle may be delayed by 5–10 minutes on the day without prior notice.
Please be ready and waiting 5–10 minutes before the scheduled Meeting Point time.

Delays may occur on the day of travel without prior notice.
Guests staying outside the Old Quarter must make their own way to the departure location.
- Please arrive at Office 105 Hoang Quoc Viet (G8 bus office) at least 15 minutes before the Pick-up time.
- Depending on the day’s Pick-up situation, the Pick-up may be significantly delayed.

Use of rest stops

30-minute stopover
Restroom facilities at local rest stops are significantly more basic than those in Korea.
Restrooms are available for a small fee of at least 3,000 VND.

Arrive in Sapa

All passengers will be dropped off together at the local office. You will need to make your own way to your hotel.

Please arrive at Số 411 Đường Điện Biên Phủ, Thị xã SaPa, Tỉnh Lào Cai (G8 bus office) at least 15 minutes before departure.

※ Hanoi Boarding
1️⃣ Within the Old Quarter (round-trip hotel Pick-up provided)
2️⃣ Outside the Old Quarter (round-trip hotel Pick-up not provided for areas such as My Dinh, Trung Hoa, and West Lake)
3️⃣ Boarding at Hanoi Airport (boarding and refunds are not available in the event of a flight delay)
1️⃣ Within Hanoi Old Quarter (round-trip hotel Pick-up provided)
- Free pickup is provided for hotels inside the Old Quarter. (Check the pickup time on the reservation confirmation / pickup starts 15 to 45 minutes before the bus boarding time.)

2️⃣ If not in the Old Quarter (hotel round-trip pickup is not provided for places such as My Dinh / Trung Hoa / West Lake)
- For areas outside Hanoi's Old Quarter, please arrive at Office 105 Hoang Quoc Viet (G8 Bus Office) at least 15 minutes before departure.

2️⃣ If you are not staying in the Old Quarter (hotel round-trip Pick-up is not available in areas such as Mỹ Đình, Trung Hòa, and Tây Hồ)
Boarding is available from both international and domestic terminals.
However, if boarding is restricted due to flight delay or change, cancellation and refund are not available.
Only when there is an empty seat on the next time-slot vehicle, we can provide a different time slot, but if there is no seat, use may not be possible. It cannot be replaced with another transfer vehicle.
Airport boarding is not recommended.

3️⃣ Hanoi Airport Boarding (Boarding and refunds are unavailable in the event of a flight delay)
Boarding is available at both the international and domestic terminals.

However, cancellations and refunds are not available if boarding is restricted due to a flight delay or schedule change. An alternative departure time may be offered only if seats are available on another vehicle. If no seats are available, the service may not be provided. Substitution with another vehicle is not available.

We do not recommend meeting at this airport.

The listed departure time is based on the bus departing from Hanoi city. The bus arrives at the airport approximately 30–90 minutes after departing from Hanoi.
No separate sign will be held for either domestic or international flights.

As bus access is restricted at the Meeting Point, you will not be able to identify the bus and board directly. Please look for the driver, who will not be holding a sign, and meet them there.

We do not recommend selecting airport pick-up if you have never taken a sleeper bus in Vietnam before.
