VIP Sleeping Bus

■ Among the 2 bus companies, please choose and book the bus type you want.
■ You may request a seat assignment, but if it is already sold out, we will reserve a nearby different seat for you, and you can check that seat through the ticket you receive later.
■ A bus of the same type as the bus shown in the posted image may be assigned, but the color and some interior details may differ.

Overview
G8 Bus
Children under 5 years old can use the service for free on the condition of bed-sharing. Wi-Fi and charging ports are available. (USB types may vary depending on the bus used on the day of travel.) Separate requests for the transportation of bicycles, motorcycles, and cargo must be made through the KakaoTalk channel after applying for a reservation. Availability and costs can be checked for each individual booking. There is no fixed amount. When making a request, you must provide detailed information such as photos, weight, and size.

Seat Information
It consists of single cabins and double cabins, with double cabins being slightly wider and higher in price. You can only pre-confirm either a single cabin or a double cabin; the exact seat location and whether it is on the first or second floor can be confirmed through the ticket when you receive it.

Schedule

Pick-up within the Old Quarter (starting 45 minutes prior to departure time)

Pick-up begins 45 minutes before departure, though timing may vary by hotel. Meeting times will be confirmed by 17:00 the day prior, with a revised confirmation sent accordingly. Please note that meeting times are subject to change based on circumstances, and departures may be delayed by 5–10 minutes without prior notice. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled meeting time.

Departure (at your reserved time)

Please note that departures may be delayed without prior notice. For locations outside Old Quarter, guests must travel directly to the pickup point.
- For other areas, please arrive at Office 105, Hoang Quoc Viet (G8 Bus Office) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
- Depending on daily pickup conditions, significant delays may occur.

Rest stop usage

30-Minute Stopover
Restroom facilities at local service areas are limited compared to those in Korea.
Restrooms are available for use after a small payment (3,000 VND or more).

Arrival in Sapa

You will disembark in batches from our local office. Please arrange your own transportation to the hotel.

📲 Show the ticket and board
The ticket will be sent to the email address you entered when booking after the reservation is confirmed.
If you did not receive the email, please let us know the booker's name below.
If you leave it after business hours, it will be processed after business begins the next morning.
Usage method
※ Hanoi boarding
1️⃣ Area inside the Old Quarter (hotel round-trip pickup provided)
2️⃣ If not in the Old Quarter (hotel round-trip pickup is not provided for places such as My Dinh / Trung Hoa / West Lake)
3️⃣ Boarding at Hanoi Airport (boarding and refund are not available in case of flight delay)

- Free pickup is provided for hotels inside the Old Quarter. (Check the pickup time on the reservation confirmation / pickup starts 15 to 45 minutes before the bus boarding time.)

2️⃣ If not in the Old Quarter (hotel round-trip pickup is not provided for places such as My Dinh / Trung Hoa / West Lake)

3️⃣ Boarding at Hanoi Airport (boarding and refund are not available in case of flight delay)
Boarding is available from both international and domestic terminals.
However, if boarding is restricted due to flight delay or change, cancellation and refund are not available.
Only when there is an empty seat on the next time-slot vehicle, we can provide a different time slot, but if there is no seat, use may not be possible. It cannot be replaced with another transfer vehicle.
Airport boarding is not recommended.
※ Sapa boarding
There is no separate staff waiting with a sign for either domestic or international flights.
Airport meeting is not recommended.
- You must come to Số 411 Đường Điện Biên Phủ, Thị xã SaPa , Tỉnh Lào Cai (G8 bus office) at least 15 minutes before departure time.
