When processing through immigration at Hanoi Airport, you will go through the VIP counter (airline crew counter) instead of the regular immigration line. Airline crew (captains, flight attendants, etc.) have priority, followed by those who have applied for the immigration Fast Track service in order.1. Reservations are based on the local arrival date and can be made until 15:00 (local time) 2 days prior.
2. Please meet the local staff after checking your English name and 'Visa K' written on their picket.
3. This product is a fast-track immigration service and does not include baggage handling.
4. There may be a few people waiting in the VIP line as well.
5. In case of flight delays, the staff will wait at the meeting point according to the adjusted time.
6. In very rare cases, airport immigration services may be suspended due to local circumstances. In such cases, if you use the regular immigration line, a 100% refund will be provided.
7. Additional fees may apply during the 6 annual Vietnamese public holidays.

Economy ticket: 2 hours before flight departure, a staff member will be between counters E - F holding a sign with your English name.
Business ticket: 1 hour 30 minutes before flight departure, a staff member will be between counters E - F holding a sign with your English name.
Even if you go early and finish check-in early, you must wait until that meeting time.
If you say you cannot wait and go in separately, it will be treated as a no show and will not be refunded.
