Limousine

■ You can board by showing the ticket sent to you by email.
■ You can check the seat location through the ticket you receive later.
■ A vehicle of the same type as the limousine shown in the posted image may be assigned, but the color and some interior details may differ.

■ On the day, the pickup time may be delayed for a long time without prior notice. In cases of long delay, it may be delayed by nearly 1 hour, so we recommend booking only if you have enough time in your schedule.

This is a pre-booking product for a one-way limousine transfer between Hanoi and Sapa. You can travel comfortably to Sapa by boarding at the scheduled time.

Schedule

07:00 Pick-up within the Old Quarter

Pick-up times may vary by hotel, typically between 06:30 and 07:00. Please note that the meeting time will be confirmed and a revised booking confirmation will be sent after you specify it by 17:00 the day before. Due to circumstances, the meeting time may change significantly, and a delay of 5–10 minutes without prior notice on the day of departure is possible. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.

07:00 Departure

If your accommodation is not in the Old Quarter, please note that round-trip hotel pick-up is not available for locations such as My Dinh, Zhonghua, or Xu Hu.
Meeting Point: You must travel directly to the Hanoi Opera House.
Meeting Time: We will provide separate instructions by 17:00 the day before. If you do not receive contact, please reach out to us.

09:00 Rest Stop

30-minute stopover
Restroom facilities at local rest stops are less developed than those in Korea.
Restrooms are available for use after a small fee (minimum 3,000 VND).

Arrival in Sapa

Hotel drop-off is provided only for hotels within Sapa city limits. For hotels outside the city, guests will disembark at the limousine office.

Pick-up in Sapa city center

Pick-up is provided only for hotels located within Sapa city. If pick-up is unavailable, we will contact you separately before sending the booking confirmation.

Pick-up times typically range from 13:30 to 14:00 and may vary by hotel. Please note your preferred meeting time by 17:00 the day before your tour; we will then resend your booking confirmation.

Please be aware that meeting times may change significantly depending on circumstances, and a delay of 5–10 minutes without prior notice on the day of the tour is possible. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled meeting time.

Departure

If you are picking up from the office, please arrive at Eco Sapa Hotel at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Note: Depending on the day's pickup conditions, departure times may be delayed significantly.

Rest Stop

If your hotel is located within Old Quarter, you will be dropped off there. For other hotels, you will be dropped off at the Opera House. Please note that drop-off times may vary depending on conditions on the day.

The ticket will be sent to the email address you entered when booking after 17:00 once the reservation is confirmed.
If you did not receive the email, please let us know the booker's name below.
If you leave it after business hours, it will be processed after business begins the next morning.

- Free pickup is provided for hotels inside the Old Quarter. (Check the pickup time on the reservation confirmation / pickup starts 15 to 45 minutes before the bus boarding time.)

3️⃣ Boarding at Hanoi Airport (boarding and refund are not available in case of flight delay)
Additional charge applies : USD 5 / per team
Boarding is available from both international and domestic terminals.
However, if boarding is restricted due to flight delay or change, cancellation and refund are not available.
Only when there is an empty seat on the next time-slot vehicle, we can provide a different time slot, but this limousine operates only twice a day, and additional time slots or changes to another vehicle are not available.
Airport boarding is not recommended.
※ Sapa boarding
There is no separate staff waiting with a sign for either domestic or international flights.
Airport meeting is not recommended.
If you come to the office
Pickup is provided from hotels in the Sapa city area only.
If pickup cannot be provided, we will contact you separately before sending the reservation confirmation.
You must come directly to Eco Sapa Hotel.

💺 Seat Information
Seats are not pre-assigned. If you have a preferred seat, please let us know, and we will assign it if available; however, refunds are not possible even if you are assigned a seat you do not want. If you have a preferred seat, please write it in English in the special requests section or leave a separate request after booking.
🧳 Baggage Information
One regular suitcase (excluding immigration-sized ones) and one indoor vehicle can be loaded. Additional items may be loaded depending on the situation on the day, but since prior confirmation is not possible, we do not recommend bringing a lot of luggage.
