Transfer to BanaHills: Approximately 50 minutes from Da Nang, 90 minutes from Hoi An, and 120 minutes from South Hoi An.

Arrival at BanaHills: Upon arrival at BanaHills, your driver will provide your tickets. Please verify the quantity immediately after collection. ⚠️ Small vehicles (sedans, SUVs) must park in the lower parking lot; please take the shuttle bus from the parking lot to the entrance. Per regulations, only buses and vans are permitted in the upper parking lot near the entrance.

How to Meet Your Guide Again: After meeting your driver, please exchange contact details (or via KakaoTalk). Upon departure from BanaHills, kindly confirm your next meeting time with the driver. If you need to change your schedule, please contact the driver at least one hour before your original departure time; simply meeting the driver will suffice.

In some cases, due to vehicle scheduling constraints, the driver for the outbound trip to BanaHills may differ from the driver for the return trip. In such instances, our Danang office will contact you via the registered phone number.

Proceed to the Cable Car Terminal.: Upon entering BanaHills from the parking lot, please take the escalator up, walk a short distance to the cable car station, and board the cable car. When boarding, simply scan your QR code to enter immediately.

Take the cable car to the summit of BanaHills.: Depending on the cable car station, the route may include stops at Golden Bridge and the Midway Flower Garden, or proceed directly to the summit. Please obtain a map from staff upon arrival, as the itinerary may vary based on daily operations, and follow their guidance while using the map to navigate.

BanaHills Tour: Freely explore BanaHills and descend the mountain.

Return: Upon concluding your tour, your driver will depart from your final destination and return to the drop-off location specified during booking to end your itinerary.

Additional charges for intercity travel within the Da Nang region (per pickup or drop-off) must be paid directly to the driver in cash on the day of your trip:
1. InterContinental: 100,000 VND per trip per vehicle
2. Hoi An area: 150,000 VND per trip per vehicle
3. South Hoi An area: 250,000 VND per trip per vehicle
4. Lang Co area: 700,000 VND per trip per vehicle

Child policy: Infant : 0~99cm / Child : 100~139cm / Adult : 140cm~; If the child is over 140cm at entry, you can exchange it for an adult ticket by paying 180,000 VND per person. → Since exchanging to an adult ticket on site is very inconvenient, please apply accurately according to the child’s height. The ticket change fee may differ from the above amount.

Usage method: 📲 Scan the QR code and enter directly; On the day of the tour, after meeting the driver, we will send you the QR code image.
When checking in with the QR code on site, you will register FaceID (facial recognition) and enter.
