Overview: Airport drop-off (Private vehicle) and departure fast track; Enjoy a convenient private transfer to the airport, then breeze through departure formalities with our fast track service for a quick and easy check-in.; 1️⃣ Private airport drop-off; The vehicle will pick you up at the meeting time based on the date and time you provided at booking.
Please arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour 30 minutes before your flight departure.
*If you arrive late and any issues arise as a result, we may not be able to assist.*; 2️⃣ Departure Fast Track (Fast Immigration Clearance); ※ For airline check-in, you will proceed through the standard line.
For departure procedures and immigration, you will use the VIP counter (airline crew counter) for immigration processing.
Airline crew members (captain, flight attendants, etc.) have priority authority for passing immigration, and guests who have applied for the departure fast track afterward will be processed in sequence.
→ Please meet the assigned staff no later than 3 hours before departure and no earlier than 1 hour 30 minutes before departure. Airline check-in closes 1 hour before departure.
※ The fast track staff will only guide you up to the departure check-in line; no escort service is provided.; 3️⃣ How to Use; At the time you requested during booking, you’ll meet the vehicle driver at the meeting point.

At the pick-up time listed on your voucher, you’ll meet the driver in the hotel lobby with a signboard (name board).

✈️ Departure Fast Track Meeting Point
For the Departure Fast Track, you’ll meet at the front of Exit A outside the departure terminal building, with a signboard showing your name.
Our staff will be waiting starting 3 hours before your flight departs.

Additional Information & Notes: 📝 For the Departure Fast Track, your passport details must be registered in advance, including your English name, date of birth, and gender.; - Please enter the correct details at the time of booking, and changes are available up to 3 days before your reservation date.
- If the information you provided is incorrect, you will not be able to use the Departure Fast Track even if you have already paid, and no refunds will be issued.
- Please make sure to enter your passport details exactly.; 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Vehicle Information (Provided); - Vehicles are provided based on the number of adults. You can request a vehicle size upgrade in advance.
- If you’re traveling with children, please request a vehicle upgrade.; ⬆️ Vehicle Size Upgrade Notice; - Car (SUV) to SUV: VND 50,000 per vehicle
- SUV to Van: VND 70,000 per vehicle
- Car (SUV) to Van: VND 120,000 per vehicle; 💰 Additional vehicle fee outside the Da Nang area (per vehicle, one-way); → Please pay the driver directly.
