🚨 For airport pick-up: When selecting a time, please enter your flight arrival time and pick-up location as the flight number.

Transfer to Bana Hills: About 50 minutes from Da Nang, about 90 minutes from Hoi An, and about 120 minutes from South Hoi An.

Arrival at Bana Hills: Upon arrival at Bana Hills, the driver will provide your tickets.
After receiving them, please be sure to check that the quantity is correct.
⚠️ If you’re in a small car (sedan or SUV), you’ll park in the lower parking lot. Please take the shuttle bus from the parking area to the entrance.
According to the regulations, the parking near the upper entrance is available only for buses or van-type vehicles.

How to meet the driver again: After meeting the driver, exchange your contact information (or KakaoTalk).
When you arrive at Bana Hills and part ways, please say, “See you again at what time?”
If your schedule changes, contact the driver at least 1 hour before the original time so you can meet the driver.
※ Round-trip vehicle information
In some cases, if the vehicle dispatch times don’t align, the driver for the one-way vehicle to Bana Hills and the driver for the return pickup from Bana Hills may be different.

Head to the cable car boarding area.: After entering Bana Hills from the parking lot, take the escalator up, walk a little further to the cable car station, and then you can board the cable car.
When you board the cable car, scan the QR code and enter right away.

Take the cable car up to the top of Bana Hills.: Depending on the cable car station, you can either take a cable car that stops at the Golden Bridge along the way, pass through the Flower Garden, or go directly up without stops. Boarding is arranged according to that day’s operating conditions, so please follow the staff’s instructions. Pick up a map at the station and use it to get around.

Explore Bana Hills: Explore Bana Hills at your own pace and head down afterward.

Return: Meet your driver again at the place where you were previously dropped off. Return to the pick-up location you entered during booking and complete your schedule.

🎟️ Ba Na Hills Ticket Policy
Validity: You can use the ticket for 3 consecutive days starting from the first day of use.
Example: If you use it first on 2026.01.01, it is valid until 01.03.

Day Pass: Entry is allowed before 15:00 each of the 3 days.
Night Pass: Entry is allowed after 15:00 each of the 3 days.

※ After your first use, if you visit again, the vehicle is not included.

All tickets use FaceID and can only be used by the ticket holder (non-transferable).
After scanning the QR code, register your FaceID on-site.
Registration takes about 3–5 seconds.
We recommend removing your mask, sunglasses, and hat.

🔁 If FaceID Registration Is Not Possible
If facial recognition is difficult, go to the **Supplementary Ticket Counter**.
You will be exchanged for a one-time ticket and then allowed to enter.
This process may involve waiting time, so we recommend registering FaceID.

🍽️ Meal Voucher Information (Combo Ticket)
