- Vietnam golf courses may change the tee time due to changes in the operation of the golf course or changes in the way of operation.

- Check-in 30 Minutes Before Tee-off
- You must check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time.
- If you do not check in 30 minutes before tee-off, you may have to wait for a long time or may not be able to play.
- Bad weather rules
- If it rains, you must go to the golf course unless you have canceled in advance.
- If the golf course decides to close, you must play even if it is raining.
- If you want to cancel, you can only cancel within 1 day to 3 months at most, and you can only use the rain check (voucher).
- If the golf course reception tells you to talk to your travel agency about a cancellation, they're essentially saying you can cancel, but you won't get a refund.
- If you need to discuss a refund at the golf course, please call our emergency contact number at +84 91-636-0055 (a Vietnamese number) immediately and hand the phone to the front desk staff. If the refund isn't confirmed right away, it's often due to a communication issue, and you may not receive the refund.
- If the golf course decides to close due to rain, you must play through 9 holes and then leave the course. The golf course will usually charge for 9 holes, which is about 70% of the 18-hole fee.
- Vietnam Holiday and Holiday Special Notice
- The weekend or holiday special price is applied, but there may be price changes after confirmation due to changes in the golf course's policies.
- During the holiday period, the round may be changed to a 2-person ~ 4-person 1 caddy or no caddy.
- We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the above.
- Problems on site
- If the problem is not a reservation issue but due to the golf course's poor operation, we can help, but the responsibility lies entirely with the golf course.
