The Hanoi Flag Tower was constructed on a site adjacent to the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, across from Lenin Park on Dien Bien Phu Street. The tower stands at a total height of 33.4 meters, exceeding 40 meters when including the flagpole, and features a design that tapers as it rises. The first floor is 3.1 meters high, the second floor is 3.7 meters, and the third floor reaches 5.1 meters.
