Tee-off time confirmation
The requested tee-off time is not the time that can be booked.
If the requested tee-off time is closed, the closest available time (within 1 hour before and after) may be automatically confirmed.
If you do not want this time change, please contact us immediately after payment through chat.
Dress code
Round t-shirts, soccer uniforms, board shirts, denim pants, short pants are not allowed.
Collared shirts only. T-shirts and round-neck shirts are not permitted.
Shorts that reach the knees are allowed.
Vietnam Golf Course Time Adjustment Notice
Vietnam golf courses may change the tee time due to changes in the operation of the golf course or changes in the way of operation.
Since the tee time has been adjusted, there is no room for complaints, and you must play according to the golf course regulations.
Check-in 30 Minutes Before Tee-off
You must check in at least 30 minutes before your tee-off time.
If you do not check in 30 minutes before tee-off, you may have to wait for a long time or may not be able to play.
Bad weather rules
If it rains, you must go to the golf course unless you have canceled in advance.
If the golf course decides to close, you must play even if it is raining.
If you want to cancel, you can only cancel within 1 day to 3 months at most, and you can only use the rain check (voucher).
If the golf course reception tells you to talk to your travel agency about a cancellation, they're essentially saying you can cancel, but you won't get a refund.
If you need to discuss a refund at the golf course, please call our emergency contact number at +84 91-636-0055 (a Vietnamese number) immediately and hand the phone to the front desk staff. If the refund isn't confirmed right away, it's often due to a communication issue, and you may not receive the refund.
If the golf course decides to close due to rain, you must play through 9 holes and then leave the course. The golf course will usually charge for 9 holes, which is about 70% of the 18-hole fee.
Vietnam Holiday and Holiday Special Notice
The weekend or holiday special price is applied, but there may be price changes after confirmation due to changes in the golf course's policies.
During the holiday period, the round may be changed to a 2-person ~ 4-person 1 caddy or no caddy.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the above.
Problems on site
If the problem is not a reservation issue but due to the golf course's poor operation, we can help, but the responsibility lies entirely with the golf course.
