All passengers must carry a valid original passport to board. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

As every cruise guest must occupy a bed, you must select a 2-, 3-, or 4-person cabin according to the number of passengers in your booking.

Infant fare: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years are eligible for the infant fare only when staying in the same cabin as two adults in a 3- or 4-person occupancy arrangement. The cruise service fee is waived.

If the third or fourth passenger in a cabin is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years, submit the booking number and the infant’s name via the official LINE (@asiayo.com) no later than 14 days before departure. A refund will be processed after verification.

If the fare for the third or fourth passenger on the selected sailing is lower than the infant fare, no refund will be issued.

As the system cannot automatically identify eligibility, passengers must apply for the refund themselves even after submitting their passport information.

Minors under 18 cannot travel alone. Each cabin must include at least one adult aged 18 or older.

Pregnant passengers may board only if they are less than 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can assist them throughout the trip. Passengers must bring all necessary medication with them.

The cruise has a medical room and medical staff. Reasonable medical fees will apply if treatment is required during the cruise.

Military service-related immigration regulations are subject to the requirements of government authorities and applicable laws.

These fares apply only to passengers holding Taiwanese passports. Passengers holding foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when making a reservation to receive the discount.

Visa and immigration requirements may change. Check with the relevant country’s embassy or representative office before departure. Final entry requirements are subject to announcements by the government of the destination country.

To secure your reservation and protect your booking benefits, you must pay the cabin reservation amount and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, when entering into the contract.

A limited number of 3- and 4-person cabins are available. However, extra beds cannot be added to any cabin, so confirm the number of passengers when booking. Cabin changes are not permitted after the reservation is completed.; Passport Information; Before booking, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months. You must submit a scanned copy of your original passport at least 60 days before departure. To confirm the booking and protect both parties’ interests, travelers must pay a deposit and provide accurate passenger details, including passport copies, at the time of booking.

The final cabin booking is subject to the cruise company’s confirmation. If the cabins are fully booked or the booking cannot be completed—including cases where the requested cabin type is unavailable or cabin benefits change—the travel agency will refund the full deposit paid, without interest.

Once the assigned staff member confirms that the designated cabin has been secured, the contract is considered concluded. After that, travelers may not request changes or cancellations at their discretion, and cancellation or change fees will apply to the deposit according to the contract terms.

If the cruise company reports that cabins are unavailable during the booking process, the cabin category may be changed with the passenger’s consent. Any fare difference will be refunded for a downgrade, while the passenger must pay the difference for an upgrade.; Cost and Schedule Changes; World Scenic Cruise reserves the right to change or cancel the route, schedule, vessel, or price without prior notice in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or severe weather.

If the cruise or shore excursions are canceled due to environmental factors, refunds will be issued according to the cruise company’s announced policy.

Arrival times at each port may vary depending on the actual sailing time, and no advance notice will be provided for schedule changes.; Cabin Booking, Change, and Cancellation Policy; To make a reservation, passengers must pay a deposit.

If the deposit and remaining balance are not paid by the stated deadlines, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the cabin reservation.

All changes and cancellations for individual and group bookings are valid only when submitted in writing.; Booking Change Policy; If you change the sailing, departure date, cabin category, or promotion, the original booking will be considered canceled and fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

The original discount benefits will not apply to the revised booking. The cabin fare available at the time of the new booking will apply.

Changes made within 14 days of departure will be considered cancellations, and a fee equivalent to 100% of the cabin fare will be charged.

After your booking has been confirmed, changes to passenger information will incur a fee of NT$1,000 per person. At least one passenger from the original booking must remain in the cabin; changing all passengers in a cabin will be considered a cancellation.

Any costs incurred for changing the cabin, downgrading the cabin category, changing rooms, changing the departure date, or canceling are considered confirmed change fees. These fees are non-refundable if the itinerary is subsequently changed or the booking is canceled due to force majeure.

If your travel dates include a public holiday, advance notice is required, and international cruise date-calculation rules must be followed.

Bookings for certain sailings or special periods, including year-end, Lunar New Year, and holiday periods, cannot be canceled after confirmation. Cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the cabin fare.

For passenger safety and related reasons, the cruise company reserves the right to screen passengers before allowing them to board.

Passengers with disabilities must notify us in advance. The cruise company may be able to provide special assistance.

This is an independent trip where one person may travel. No Guide will accompany you in Taiwan; passengers must complete boarding and immigration procedures themselves, with assistance from cruise staff.
