Additional Information & Notes
Important Notes
The entire itinerary is self-guided, and no Guide will accompany you.

All passengers must carry the original of a valid passport to board. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

As every cruise cabin requires each berth to be occupied, you must select a 2-, 3-, or 4-person cabin based on the number of travelers.

Infant fare: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years qualify for the infant fare only when traveling as the third or fourth passenger and sharing a cabin with two adults. The cruise service fee is waived.

If the third or fourth passenger in a cabin is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years, submit the booking number and the infant’s name via the official LINE account (@asiayo.com) at least 14 days before departure. A refund will be processed after verification.

If the fare for the third or fourth passenger on the selected sailing is lower than the infant fare, no refund will be issued.

As the system cannot process this automatically, passengers must apply for the refund themselves even after submitting their passport details.

Guests under 18 cannot travel alone. Each cabin must include at least one adult aged 18 or over.

Pregnant guests may board only if they are less than 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Guests with disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can assist them throughout the journey. Guests must bring any required medication with them.

The cruise has a medical center and medical staff. Reasonable medical fees will apply if treatment is required during the cruise.

Immigration and departure regulations related to military service are subject to government authorities and applicable laws.

The listed fare applies only to passengers holding a Taiwan passport. Passengers holding foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit at the time of booking to receive the discount.

Visa and immigration regulations may change by country. Check with the relevant embassy or representative authority before departure. Final entry requirements are subject to announcements by the government of each country.

To secure your booking and associated benefits, you must pay the cabin reservation amount and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, when entering into the contract.

A limited number of 3- and 4-person cabins are available. However, extra beds cannot be added to any cabin. Please confirm the number of travelers when booking, as cabin changes are not permitted after the booking is completed.
Passport Information
Before booking, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months. You must submit a scan of the original passport at least 60 days before departure. (For bookings made within 60 days of departure, valid passport details must be provided promptly.)
Booking Information and Important Notes
The rates apply only to holders of Taiwanese passports. Holders of foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to receive the discount.

To confirm a reservation and protect both parties’ rights and interests, travelers must pay the deposit (reservation deposit) and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, at the time of booking.

The actual cabin reservation is subject to the cruise company’s confirmation. If the cabins are fully booked or the reservation cannot be completed—including cases where the requested cabin type is unavailable or cabin benefits change—the travel agency will refund the full reservation deposit without interest.

Once the assigned staff member confirms that the designated cabin has been secured, the contract is considered concluded. After the contract is concluded, travelers may not request changes or cancellations at their discretion, and cancellation or change fees will apply to the deposit or reservation deposit in accordance with the contract terms.

If the cruise company reports insufficient cabin availability during the booking process, the cabin category may be changed with the passenger’s consent. Any difference resulting from a downgrade will be refunded, while any additional cost for an upgrade must be paid by the passenger.
Cost and Itinerary Changes
World-Class Cruises reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary, schedule, vessel, or price without prior notice in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters or severe weather.

If the cruise or shore excursions are canceled due to environmental factors, refunds will be processed according to the cruise company’s official policy.

Arrival times at each port may vary depending on the actual sailing time, and no prior notice will be provided for schedule changes.
Cabin Booking, Change, and Cancellation Policy
When placing a reservation request, passengers must pay the deposit to secure their cabin.

If the deposit and remaining balance are not paid by the deadline, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the cabin reservation.

All changes or cancellations to individual and group bookings are valid only when submitted in writing.
Booking Change Policy
Changes to the sailing, departure date, cabin category, or promotion will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.

The original discount benefits will not carry over to the revised booking. The cabin fare available at the time of the new booking will apply.

Any changes made within 14 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation, and a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare will be charged.

After the booking is confirmed, changes to passenger information will incur a fee of NT$1,000 per person. At least one passenger from the original booking must remain in the cabin; changing all passengers in a cabin will be treated as a cancellation.

Costs incurred for cabin changes, downgrades, room changes, departure date changes, cancellations, and other modifications are considered confirmed charges. They will not be refunded in the event of subsequent itinerary changes or cancellations due to force majeure.

If the itinerary includes public holidays, advance notice is required, and international cruise date calculation rules must be followed.

Once a booking for a specific sailing or special period, such as year-end, Lunar New Year, or a holiday period, has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations will incur a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare.

For passenger safety and other related concerns, the cruise line reserves the right to screen passengers before allowing them to board.

Passengers with disabilities must notify us in advance. The cruise line may be able to provide special assistance.

This is an independent trip for which solo departure is possible. No Guide will accompany passengers in Taiwan. Passengers must complete boarding and immigration procedures themselves, with assistance and directions provided by cruise staff.

Special requests must be made in advance. Specific cabin floors, numbers, layouts, or locations cannot be guaranteed, and cabins for accompanying passengers may not be adjacent. Final cabin assignments are at the cruise line’s discretion.

The facilities shown are for reference only. Facilities may be added or closed onboard the cruise without prior notice.

In the event of natural disasters or severe weather, the route, schedule, vessel, or price may change without prior notice.

Arrival times at each port may be adjusted according to the actual sailing time. Schedule changes may be made without prior notice.

The above booking cancellation policy is subject to the regulations of World Scenic Cruises. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms before completing your purchase.
