All passengers must carry their original valid passport to board. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

As every passenger must occupy a bed, you must select a 2-, 3-, or 4-person cabin based on the number of passengers in your booking.

Infant fare: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years qualify for the infant fare only when booked as the 3rd or 4th passenger and sharing a cabin with two adults. The cruise service fee is waived.

If the 3rd or 4th passenger in a cabin is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years, submit the booking number and the infant’s name via the official LINE account (@asiayo.com) no later than 14 days before departure. A refund will be processed after verification.

No refund will be issued if the fare for the 3rd or 4th passenger on the selected sailing is lower than the infant fare.

As the system cannot determine eligibility automatically, passengers must apply for the refund themselves even after submitting their passport documents.

Passengers under 18 cannot travel alone. Each cabin must include at least one adult aged 18 or older.

Pregnant passengers may board only if they are under 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can assist them throughout the journey. Any required medication must be brought by the passenger.

The cruise has a medical room and medical staff. If medical treatment is required during the cruise, reasonable medical fees will apply.

Immigration regulations related to military service are subject to government authorities and applicable laws.

These fares apply only to passengers holding Taiwan passports. Passengers holding foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to qualify for the discount.

Visa and immigration requirements may change. Check with the embassy or official representative of the relevant country before departure. Final entry requirements are determined by the announcements of the relevant government.

To secure your booking and associated benefits, you must pay the cabin reservation amount and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, when entering into the contract.

A limited number of 3- and 4-person cabins are available. However, no cabin can accommodate an extra bed, so confirm the number of passengers when booking. Cabin changes are not permitted after the booking is completed.; Passport Information; Before booking, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the departure date. You must submit a scan of the original passport at least 60 days before departure. (If you book within 60 days of departure, you must promptly provide valid passport details.); Booking Information and Important Notes; The rates apply only to holders of Taiwan passports. Foreign passport holders must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to receive the discount.

To confirm the booking and protect both parties’ rights, travelers must pay a deposit and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, at the time of booking.

The final cabin booking is subject to the cruise company’s confirmation. If the cabins are fully booked or the booking cannot be completed—including cases where the requested cabin type is unavailable or cabin benefits change—the travel agency will refund the deposit in full, without interest.

Once our staff confirms that the assigned cabin has been secured, the contract is considered concluded. After that, travelers may not request changes or cancellations at their discretion, and cancellation or change fees will be charged on the deposit or booking fee in accordance with the contract terms.

If the cruise company notifies us that there are not enough cabins available during the booking process, the cabin category may be changed with the passenger’s consent. Any fare difference for a downgrade will be refunded, while any difference for an upgrade must be paid by the passenger.; Changes to Pricing and Itinerary; World-class cruises reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary, schedule, vessel, or price without prior notice in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or severe weather.

If the cruise or shore excursions are canceled due to environmental factors, refunds will be issued according to the cruise company’s published policy.

Arrival times at each port may vary depending on the actual sailing time, and no prior notice will be provided for schedule changes.; Room Reservation, Change, and Cancellation Policies; To place a booking request, passengers must pay the deposit to secure their cabin reservation.

If the deposit and remaining balance are not received by the specified deadlines, the travel company reserves the right to cancel the cabin reservation.

All changes or cancellations to individual and group bookings are valid only when submitted in writing.; Booking Change Policy; If you change the sailing, departure date, cabin category, or promotion, the original booking will be considered canceled and fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

The original discount benefits will not apply to the revised booking. The cabin fare available at the time of the new booking will apply.

Any change made within 14 days of departure will be considered a cancellation, and a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare will be charged.

After the booking is confirmed, changes to the booking information will incur a fee of NT$1,000 per person. At least one original passenger must remain in the cabin; changing all passengers in a cabin will be considered a cancellation.

Costs incurred for cabin changes, downgrades, room replacements, departure date changes, cancellations, and other amendments are considered finalized change fees. They are non-refundable if the itinerary is subsequently changed or the booking is canceled due to force majeure.

If the booking includes a public holiday, advance notice is required, and international cruise date calculation rules must be followed.

Once a booking for a specific sailing or special period, such as the year-end, Lunar New Year, or a holiday period, has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations will incur a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare.

For passenger safety and related matters, the cruise company reserves the right to screen passengers before boarding.

Passengers with disabilities must provide advance notice. The cruise company may offer special assistance where possible.

This is an individual trip with departure possible for one person. No Guide will accompany passengers in Taiwan. Passengers must complete boarding and immigration procedures themselves, with assistance and guidance from cruise staff.

Special requests must be made in advance. Cabin floors, numbers, layouts, and locations cannot be guaranteed, and accompanying passengers’ cabins may not be adjacent. Final cabin assignments are at the cruise company’s discretion.
