Cruise cabin service fees will be charged to the passenger’s onboard account in accordance with the cruise company’s published policy.

Additional Information & Notes: Important Notes; This is a self-guided trip throughout, and no Guide accompaniment service is provided.

All passengers must carry the original of a valid passport and present it when boarding. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

Cruise cabins must be booked based on the number of beds. Select a 2-, 3-, or 4-person cabin according to the number of passengers.

Infant fare: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years must be booked as the third or fourth passenger in the same cabin as two adults to qualify for the infant fare. The cruise service fee is waived.

If an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years is included in a 3- or 4-person cabin, submit the booking number and the infant’s name via the official LINE (@asiayo.com) at least 14 days before departure. A refund can be processed after verification.

No refund will be provided if the fare for a 3- or 4-person cabin on the selected sailing is lower than the infant fare.

The system cannot determine this automatically, so passengers who have submitted their passport information must also apply for a refund themselves.

Passengers under 18 cannot board alone. Each cabin must include at least one passenger aged 18 or older.

Pregnant passengers may board only if they are less than 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Passengers with physical or mental disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can provide full-time assistance. They must also bring any necessary medication themselves.

The cruise has an onboard medical room and medical staff. Reasonable fees will apply if treatment is required during the cruise.

Immigration and travel regulations related to mandatory military service for men are subject to government authorities and applicable laws.

The fares apply only to holders of Taiwanese passports. Foreign passport holders must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to qualify for the discounted fare.

Visa and immigration regulations vary by country and may change at any time. Check the latest requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before departure.

To secure the booking and protect the rights of both parties, you must pay the cruise cabin booking fee and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, when making the reservation.

Some 3- and 4-person cabins are available, but no cabin can accommodate an extra bed. Confirm the number of passengers when booking; cabin changes are not permitted after the reservation is completed.

Before booking, confirm that your passport is valid for at least 6 months and submit a scanned copy of the original passport at least 60 days before departure.

For bookings made within 60 days of departure, valid passport information must be provided as soon as possible.; Booking Information Notice; The rates apply only to holders of Taiwan passports. To receive the discounted rate, foreign passport holders must submit a copy of their employment certificate or residence permit when making the reservation.

When booking, customers must pay us the cruise cabin reservation fee and provide an accurate passenger list (passport copies) to secure the reservation and protect both parties’ rights.

The reservation is confirmed based on the cruise company’s response. If the cruise cannot proceed because the cabins are sold out or the reservation fails—for example, due to insufficient availability of the designated cabin type or changes to discount eligibility—we will refund the full booking deposit paid by the customer without interest.

Once the reservation is confirmed and the assigned cabin has been secured, the contract is considered concluded. After that, customers may not request changes or cancellations at their discretion. Any amount already paid will be subject to applicable change or cancellation fees in accordance with the contract terms.

If the cruise company requires a change to the reserved cabin category due to limited cabin availability, any price difference resulting from a downgrade will be refunded, while any additional cost for an upgrade will be charged to the customer, subject to the customer’s consent.; Changes to Pricing and Itineraries; World Scenic Cruise reserves the right to change or cancel the route, schedule, vessel, or fare without prior notice in the event of force majeure or severe weather.

If the cruise or shore excursion is canceled due to environmental factors, the refund amount will be determined according to the cruise company’s announced policy.

The itinerary may be adjusted based on the vessel’s actual operating time at each port and may be changed without prior notice.; Regarding room reservations, changes, and cancellations; A per-person deposit is required to confirm a booking.

If the deposit and remaining balance are not paid by the deadlines, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the cabin booking.

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to take effect. The following policies apply:

Changing the sailing, departure date, cabin category, or promotion is treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and cancellation fees will apply. The new booking price will be calculated based on the cabin rate available at the time of the change.

Discounts from the original booking cannot be carried over after a change. The rate available when the new booking is made will apply.

Changes made within 14 days of departure, including the 14th day, are subject to a 100% cabin cancellation fee.

After the booking is confirmed, a modification fee of TWD 1,000 per person will apply to any changes to the booking information. At least one original passenger must remain assigned to each cabin.

Fees for changes to the number of passengers, downgrading or changing the cabin category, changing the cabin, changing the departure date, or cancellation are considered confirmed once processed and are non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent cruise itinerary changes or cancellations due to force majeure.

If domestic or international public holidays fall within the change or cancellation period, advance notice must be provided based on the date-calculation standards of the international cruise company.

Bookings for specific sailings or special dates, such as year-end, Chinese New Year, and public holidays, cannot be canceled after confirmation. Cancellations are subject to a 100% cabin cancellation fee.; Cancellation Policy; Cancellation 46 days or more before departure → A cancellation fee of 30% of the room fare will be charged
