The assigned driver will contact you individually via the contact information provided before 21:00 (local time) on the evening before the tour.

Location: Please wait outside the building on the road in front of the hotel you listed when making your reservation.

Punctuality: Long-term parking or stopping may not be possible due to traffic conditions on the road in front of the hotel. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth departure.

Itinerary Order: The order of visits may be adjusted for efficiency depending on local traffic and weather conditions.

⚠️ Important Information to Check Before Booking
*Meeting Information
Location: The driver will wait at the main entrance on the first floor of the hotel building, on the street side.
Depending on the hotel layout, the lobby may not be on the first floor or the hotel may not have a parking lot. In such cases, the Meeting Point will be on the road outside the main entrance.
Multiple Meeting Points: An additional fee may apply if there are two or more Meeting Points. Please inquire in advance when making your reservation.


*Tour Information
- The driver will provide transportation, directions to the attractions, and assistance with taking simple photos. The driver will not accompany you inside the attractions or provide professional sightseeing commentary.
- On weekends, public holidays, and other busy days, vehicle access around some attractions may be restricted due to local traffic controls and parking conditions. In such cases, you may need to get off at a designated drop-off area and walk part of the way.
- Depending on traffic and conditions at the attractions on the day of the tour, the time spent at each location and the itinerary order may change.


*Overtime Fees (payable on-site)
Standard passenger car: 300 TWD per 30 minutes / 600 TWD per hour
Van (large): 350 TWD per 30 minutes / 700 TWD per hour
☀️ Handy Tips for Summer Travel in Taiwan
Taiwan’s summers are hot and prone to sudden showers. Vehicles are often stocked with spare umbrellas and bottled water, but supplies may vary by vehicle. Bringing a compact umbrella and a personal drink for your parents will help make your trip even more comfortable.
🙌 Please note: A guide gratuity may be offered.
Taiwan does not require tipping, but it is customary to thank the driver for their safe driving and assistance throughout the tour by offering a tip.

If you enjoyed the tour, we recommend giving the driver a tip of around 200–500TWD per group directly. Tipping is entirely optional, but it is a meaningful encouragement and greatly appreciated by the driver. 😊
