Please note that the overall itinerary may be adjusted or changed depending on traffic conditions and local circumstances on the day.
🚐 Driver Meeting and Important Information

The assigned driver will contact you individually via the contact information provided before 21:00 (local time) on the evening before the tour.

[Meeting Instructions]
Location: Please wait outside the building, on the road in front of the hotel you entered when making your reservation.

[Important Notes]
Punctuality: Long-term parking or stopping may not be possible due to traffic conditions on the road in front of the hotel. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth departure.

Itinerary Changes: The order of visits may be adjusted for efficiency depending on local traffic and weather conditions.
💰 Additional Charges for Destinations Outside Taipei (per vehicle / one-way)
If your Pick-up or Drop-off location is outside central Taipei, an additional fee will apply as follows:

**Areas with an additional fee of 300 TWD**
Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan Front Gate (including The Top), Xizhi, Xindian, Banqiao, Songshan Airport

**Areas with an additional fee of 500 TWD**
Tamsui, Yingge, Linkou, Sanxia, Keelung (including the port), Taishan, Tucheng, Wugu

**Areas with an additional fee of 800 TWD**
Yangmingshan Back Gate (including Tian Lai Resort), Jinshan, Wulai, Yehliu, Jinguashi, Jiufen

**Areas with an additional fee of 1,000–1,300 TWD**
Taoyuan City Center, Zhongli, Gongliao

**Areas with an additional fee of 1,400 TWD**
The Westin Tashee Resort, Leofoo Village Theme Park

⚠️ Important Information to Review Before Your Visit
*Meeting Information
Location: The driver will wait at the hotel building’s main entrance on the 1st floor, facing the road.
Depending on the hotel layout, the lobby may not be on the 1st floor, or the hotel may not have a parking lot. In these cases, the Meeting Point will be on the road outside the main entrance.
Multiple Pick-ups: An additional fee may apply if there are two or more meeting locations. Please inquire in advance when making your reservation.

*Tour Information
- The driver will provide transportation, directions to the attractions, and assistance with taking simple photos. The driver will not accompany you inside the attractions or provide professional sightseeing commentary.
- On weekends, public holidays, and days with large crowds, vehicle access to areas around some attractions may be restricted due to local traffic controls and vehicle stopping conditions. In such cases, you may need to get off at an available drop-off location and walk part of the way.
- The duration of your stay and the order of the itinerary may change depending on traffic and conditions at the attractions on the day of the tour.

*Additional Time Fees (paid on-site)
Standard car: 300 TWD per 30 minutes / 600 TWD per hour
Van (large): 350 TWD per 30 minutes / 700 TWD per hour
☀️ A Handy Tip for Your Summer Trip to Taiwan
Taiwanese summers are hot and often bring sudden showers. Vehicles are usually stocked with spare umbrellas and bottled water whenever possible, but supplies may vary by vehicle. Bringing a compact umbrella for your parents and a personal drink will help make your trip even more comfortable.

Tipping is not mandatory in Taiwan, but it is customary to show your appreciation to the driver for ensuring your safety and helping the tour run smoothly.

If you enjoyed the tour, we would appreciate it if you could give the driver a tip of around 200–500TWD per group directly.

Tipping is entirely optional, but it is a meaningful encouragement and support for the driver. 😊
