The tour operates with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 22 participants.

If fewer than 4 participants book the tour, we will contact you individually 4 business days before the tour date, and you may cancel for a full refund.

This is a Join(shared tour). The tour will proceed without individual contact if you are late for the Meeting Point, so please arrive on time.

The National Palace Museum admission ticket and receiver (wireless headphones) rental fee are not included.

Admission is NT$350 per person and can be purchased individually or on-site.

The receiver rental fee is NT$50 per person, payable directly to the Guide on the day of the tour.

Visitors under 18 years of age may enter free of charge by presenting their passport on-site. However, the NT$50 receiver rental fee must be paid separately. Infants and children aged 0–6 can enter and use the receiver free of charge.; ⚠️ Important Information; The museum is closed every Monday.

If fewer than 4 guests have booked, we will contact you individually 4 business days before the tour departure date. You may then cancel for a refund.

Changes or cancellations on the day of the tour are not permitted, and refunds are unavailable.

To ensure smooth operation, each tour is limited to a maximum of 22 guests.

The National Palace Museum may have strong air conditioning to maintain the temperature, so please bring a jacket.

You will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the receiver. Please handle it with care.

There may be a wait when the museum is crowded.

Large bags, suitcases, and similar items are not allowed inside the National Palace Museum. Please use the paid lockers.
