🚐 Driver Meeting and Important Information

The assigned driver will contact you individually via the contact information provided no later than 21:00 (local time) the evening before the tour.

[Meeting Instructions]
Location: Please wait outside the building on the road in front of the hotel you provided at the time of booking.

[Important Notes]
Punctuality: Due to traffic conditions on the road in front of the hotel, the vehicle may not be able to wait or park for an extended period. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth departure.
Itinerary Adjustments: The order of visits may be adjusted for efficiency depending on local traffic and weather conditions.
💰 Additional fees for areas outside Taipei (per vehicle / one-way)
If your pick-up or drop-off location is outside central Taipei, an additional fee will apply as follows.

**Areas with a 300 TWD surcharge**
Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan Main Gate (including The Top), Xizhi, Xindian, Banqiao, Songshan Airport

**Areas with a 500 TWD surcharge**
Tamsui, Yingge, Linkou, Sanxia, Keelung (including the port), Taishan, Tucheng, Wugu

**Areas with an 800 TWD surcharge**

⚠️ Important Information to Check Before Booking
*Meeting Information
Location: The driver will wait at the hotel’s main entrance on the ground floor, facing the street.
Depending on the hotel layout, the lobby may not be on the ground floor or the hotel may not have parking. In such cases, the Meeting Point will be on the street in front of the hotel’s exterior main entrance.
Multiple Meeting Points: An additional fee may apply if there are two or more Meeting Points. Please inquire in advance when making your reservation.


*Tour Information
- The driver will provide transportation, directions to the attractions, and assistance with taking basic photos. The driver will not accompany you inside the attractions or provide professional sightseeing commentary.
- On weekends, public holidays, and days with heavy tourist traffic, vehicle access around some attractions may be restricted due to local traffic controls or limited stopping areas. In such cases, you may need to get off at an available drop-off location and walk part of the way.
- Depending on traffic and conditions at the attractions on the day of the tour, the time spent at each location and the tour route order may be adjusted.

Standard car: 300 TWD per 30 minutes / 600 TWD per hour
Van (large): 350 TWD per 30 minutes / 700 TWD per hour
☀️ Handy Tips for Summer Travel in Taiwan
Taiwan’s summers are hot, with frequent sudden showers. Extra umbrellas and bottled water are often thoughtfully provided in the vehicle, but preparations may vary by vehicle. For an even more comfortable trip, we recommend bringing a small umbrella for your parents and your own drinks.

Taiwan does not require tipping, but it is customary to offer a tip as a gesture of appreciation for your driver’s safe driving and assistance throughout the tour.

If you enjoyed the tour, we would appreciate it if you could give the driver a tip of around 200–500TWD per group directly.

Tipping is entirely optional, but it is a meaningful encouragement and support for the driver. 😊
