Within the total tour duration, you may coordinate the time spent at each location with your driver on the day of the tour.
Average duration: approximately 1 to 1.5 hours per location

The assigned driver will contact you individually using the contact information provided in your booking by 21:00 (local time) on the evening before the tour.

Location: Please wait outside the building, on the road in front of the hotel listed in your booking.

[Important Notes]
Punctuality: Long-term parking or stopping may not be possible due to traffic conditions on the road in front of the hotel. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth departure.
Itinerary Adjustments: The order of the destinations may be adjusted for efficiency depending on local traffic and weather conditions.
💰 Additional Fees for Areas Outside Taipei (per vehicle / one-way)
If your departure or end location is outside central Taipei, the following additional fees apply.

**Areas with an additional fee of 300 TWD**
Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan Main Entrance (including The Top), Xizhi, Xindian, Banqiao, Songshan Airport

**Areas with an additional fee of 500 TWD**
Tamsui, Yingge, Linkou, Sanxia, Keelung (including the port), Taishan, Tucheng, Wugu

**Areas with an additional fee of 800 TWD**
Yangmingshan Back Entrance (including Tian Lai Resort), Jinshan, Wulai, Yehliu, Jinguashi, Jiufen

*Flight Information Required at Booking
To ensure a smooth meeting, please provide the exact flight number you will be taking.

*Meeting Information
Depending on the hotel layout, the lobby may not be located on the first floor, or the hotel may not have a parking lot. In such cases, the meeting will take place on the road in front of the hotel’s main entrance.

Multiple meeting points: An additional fee may apply if there are two or more meeting locations. Please inquire in advance when making your reservation.

*Tour Information
- The driver will assist with transportation, provide directions to attractions, and help take basic photos. Accompaniment inside attractions and professional tour commentary are not provided.
- On weekends, public holidays, and days with large crowds, vehicle access around some attractions may be restricted due to local traffic controls and parking conditions. In such cases, you may need to get off at an accessible location and walk part of the way.
- Depending on traffic and conditions at the attractions on the day of the tour, the time spent at each location and the tour order may change.

*Overtime Charges (Payable On-Site)
Standard car: 300 TWD per 30 minutes / 600 TWD per hour
Van (large): 350 TWD per 30 minutes / 700 TWD per hour

Tipping is not customary in Taiwan, but many guests choose to give a tip to their driver as a gesture of appreciation for their safe driving and assistance throughout the tour.

If you enjoyed the tour, we would appreciate it if you could give the driver a tip of around 200–500TWD per group directly.

Tipping is entirely optional, but it is a meaningful way to encourage and support the driver. 😊
