When booking one vehicle, please enter 1 adult as the number of guests and proceed with the reservation.

2. Insurance information for all passengers: Korean name, English name, passport number, and date of birth

The tour cannot proceed if the actual information differs from the details confirmed in your reservation.

(Example: Reservation confirmed for 4 guests / 5 guests arrive on the day → The reservation is confirmed for a sedan accommodating 1–4 people, so the fifth guest cannot board. The tour cannot proceed, and cancellation or refunds are not available.)

There are only a limited number of Korean- and English-speaking drivers. Even after receiving your invoice, the requested driver type may no longer be available by the time payment is made, and the reservation may therefore be unavailable.

In such cases, we will contact you separately to adjust the driver type or tour date.

Onsen admission is not included. After arriving in Wulai, you may visit an onsen of your choice.

Punctuality: Due to road conditions in front of the hotel, the vehicle may not be able to wait or park for an extended period. Please be sure to arrive on time for a smooth departure.

Location: Your driver will wait at the hotel’s main entrance on the first floor, facing the road.
Depending on the hotel’s layout, the lobby may not be located on the first floor or the hotel may not have a parking lot. In such cases, the Meeting Point will be on the road outside the main entrance.
Multiple Meeting Points: An additional fee may apply when there are two or more Meeting Points. Please inquire in advance when making your reservation.

- Your driver will assist with transportation, provide directions to attractions, and take a few simple photos. The driver will not accompany you inside attractions or provide professional sightseeing commentary.
- On weekends, public holidays, and days with large crowds, vehicle access near some attractions may be restricted due to local traffic controls or limitations on where vehicles can stop. In such cases, you may need to get off at an available drop-off point and walk part of the way.
- Depending on traffic and conditions at the attractions on the day of the tour, the time spent at each location and the itinerary order may be adjusted.
