Additional Information & Notes
Important Information
The entire itinerary is free independent travel, and no Guide will accompany you.

All passengers must carry the original of a valid passport to board. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

As every cruise passenger must occupy a bed, you must select a 2-, 3-, or 4-person room according to the number of travelers.

Infant fare: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years are eligible for the infant fare only when staying in the same room as two adults in a 3- or 4-person room. The cruise service fee is waived.

If the third or fourth passenger in a room is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years, submit the booking number and the infant’s name via the official LINE (@asiayo.com) no later than 14 days before departure. A refund will be processed after verification.

If the fare for the third or fourth passenger on the sailing is lower than the infant fare, no refund will be issued.

As the system cannot automatically determine eligibility, passengers must apply for the refund themselves even after submitting their passport documents.

Passengers under 18 may not travel alone. Each room must include at least one adult aged 18 or over.

Pregnant passengers must be less than 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date to board the cruise.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can provide assistance throughout the entire trip. Any required medication must be brought by the passenger.

The cruise has a medical center and medical staff. Reasonable medical charges will apply if treatment is required during the cruise.

Immigration and entry/exit regulations related to military service are subject to government authorities and applicable laws.

The fares apply only to passengers holding Taiwan passports. Passengers holding foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit at the time of booking to receive the discount.

Visa and immigration regulations may change by country. Check with the relevant country’s embassy or representative office before departure. Final entry requirements are determined by announcements from the government of the destination country.

To secure your booking and booking benefits, you must pay the room booking amount upon contract and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies.

A limited number of 3- and 4-person rooms are available. However, extra beds cannot be provided in any room, so please confirm the number of passengers when booking. Room changes are not permitted after the booking is completed.
Passport Information
Before booking, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months. You must submit a scanned copy of the original passport at least 60 days before departure. (For bookings made within 60 days of departure, valid passport details must be provided promptly.)
Booking Information and Important Notes
The rates apply only to holders of Taiwanese passports. Holders of foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to qualify for the discount.

To confirm the booking and protect both parties’ interests, travelers must pay a contract deposit (booking deposit) and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, at the time of booking.

The actual cabin reservation is subject to confirmation from the cruise company. If the cabins are fully booked or the reservation cannot be confirmed—including cases where the requested cabin type is unavailable or cabin benefits change—the travel agency will refund the full booking deposit without interest.

Once the assigned staff member confirms that the designated cabin has been secured, the contract is considered concluded. After that, travelers may not request changes or cancellations at their discretion, and cancellation or change fees will be charged on the contract or booking deposit in accordance with the booking terms.

If the cruise company reports that cabins are unavailable during the booking process, the cabin category may be changed with the passenger’s consent. Any fare difference will be refunded for a downgrade, while the passenger must pay the difference for an upgrade.
Cost and Schedule Changes
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or severe weather, World Scenic Cruise reserves the right to change or cancel the route, schedule, vessel, or price without prior notice.

If the cruise or port-of-call tours are canceled due to environmental factors, refunds will be issued according to the cruise company’s announced policy.

Arrival times at each port may be adjusted based on the actual sailing time, and schedule changes may occur without prior notice.
Cabin Booking, Change, and Cancellation Policy
When placing a reservation through the travel agency, passengers must pay the deposit to confirm their cabin booking.

If the deposit and remaining balance are not received by the specified deadlines, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the cabin reservation.

All changes or cancellations to individual and group reservations are valid only when submitted in writing.
Booking Change Policy
Changes to the sailing, departure date, cabin category, or promotion will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

The original discount benefits will not apply to the revised booking. The cabin fare available at the time of rebooking will apply.

Any changes made within 14 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the cabin fare will be charged.

After the booking is confirmed, changes to passenger information will incur a fee of NT$1,000 per person. At least one original passenger must remain in the cabin; changing all passengers in a cabin will be treated as a cancellation.

Any costs incurred for cabin changes, downgrading the cabin category, changing rooms, changing the departure date, or cancellation will be considered confirmed change fees. These fees are non-refundable in the event of further itinerary changes or cancellation due to force majeure.

If the itinerary includes a public holiday, advance notice is required, and international cruise date calculation rules must be followed.

Once a booking for a specific sailing or special period, such as the year-end, Chinese New Year, or a holiday period, has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the cabin fare.

For passenger safety and related matters, the cruise line reserves the right to screen passengers before embarkation.

Passengers with disabilities must provide advance notice. The cruise line may be able to provide special assistance.

This is an individual trip that can be taken by one person. No Guide accompanies passengers in Taiwan. Passengers must complete boarding and immigration procedures themselves, with assistance and guidance from cruise staff.

Special requests must be submitted in advance. The cabin floor, number, layout, and location cannot be specified, and accompanying passengers’ cabins may not be located next to each other. Final cabin assignments are at the cruise line’s discretion.

The facilities listed are for reference only. Facilities may be added or closed on the cruise without prior notice.

In the event of natural disasters or severe weather, the route, schedule, ship, or price may change without prior notice.

Arrival times at each port may be adjusted according to the actual sailing time. No prior notice will be provided for itinerary changes.

The cancellation policy above must comply with the World Scenic Cruise regulations. Please ensure that you fully understand it before completing your purchase.
