Additional Information & Notes
Important Information
The entire itinerary is independent travel, and no Guide will accompany you.

All passengers must carry the original of a valid passport to board. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the cruise return date.

As every passenger must occupy a bed, you must select a double, triple, or quad room according to the number of passengers in your party.

Infant fares: Infants aged 6 months to under 2 years qualify for the infant fare only when traveling as the third or fourth passenger and sharing a room with two adults. The cruise service fee is waived.

If the third or fourth passenger in a room is an infant aged 6 months to under 2 years, submit the booking number and infant’s name via the official LINE (@asiayo.com) no later than 14 days before departure. A refund will be processed after verification.

If the fare for the third or fourth passenger on the sailing is lower than the infant fare, no refund will be provided.

As the system cannot process this automatically, passengers must apply for the refund themselves even after submitting their passport details.

Minors under 18 cannot travel alone. Each room must include at least one adult aged 18 or older.

Pregnant passengers may board only if they are under 24 weeks pregnant on the boarding date.

Passengers with disabilities must be able to care for themselves or travel with a companion who can assist them throughout the journey. Any required medication must be brought by the passenger.

The cruise has a medical center and medical staff. Reasonable medical fees will apply if treatment is required during the cruise.

Military service-related entry and exit regulations are subject to government authorities and applicable laws.

The fares apply only to passengers holding Taiwan passports. Passengers holding foreign passports must submit a copy of an employment certificate or residence permit when booking to qualify for the discount.

Visa and entry requirements may change by country. Check with the relevant embassy or official representative before departure. Final entry requirements are subject to announcements by the government of each country.

To secure your booking and associated benefits, you must pay the room reservation amount and provide an accurate passenger list (passport copies) when entering into the contract.

A limited number of triple and quad rooms are available on the cruise. However, extra beds cannot be provided in any room, so confirm the number of passengers when booking. Room changes are not permitted after the booking is completed.
Passport Information
Before booking, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months. You must submit a scanned copy of the original passport at least 60 days before departure. (For bookings made within 60 days of departure, valid passport details must be provided promptly.)
Booking Information and Important Notes
The rates apply only to holders of Taiwanese passports. Foreign passport holders must submit a copy of their employment certificate or residence permit when booking to qualify for the discount.

To confirm the booking and protect the rights of both parties, travelers must pay the deposit (booking deposit) and provide an accurate passenger list, including passport copies, at the time of booking.

The actual cabin reservation is subject to the cruise company’s confirmation. If the ship is fully booked or the reservation cannot be confirmed—including cases where the requested cabin type is unavailable or cabin benefits change—the travel agency will refund the full deposit paid, without interest.

Once the assigned cabin has been confirmed by the responsible staff member, the contract is considered concluded. After that, travelers may not request changes or cancellations at their discretion, and cancellation or change fees will be charged on the deposit or booking deposit in accordance with the contract terms.

If the cruise company reports insufficient cabin availability during the booking process, the cabin category may be changed with the passenger’s consent. If the category is downgraded, the price difference will be refunded; if it is upgraded, the passenger must pay the difference.
Cost and Schedule Changes
Segye Myeongseung Cruise reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary, schedule, vessel, or price without prior notice in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or severe weather.

If the cruise or shore excursions are canceled due to environmental factors, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cruise company’s published policy.

Arrival times at each port may vary depending on the actual sailing time. No prior notice will be provided for schedule changes.
Cabin Booking, Change, and Cancellation Policy
When making a booking through the travel agency, passengers must pay the deposit to secure their cabin reservation.

If the deposit and remaining balance are not paid by the specified deadlines, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel the cabin reservation.

All changes or cancellations to individual and group bookings are valid only when submitted in writing.
Reservation Change Policy
Any changes to the sailing, departure date, cabin category, or promotion will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

Existing discounts will not apply to the revised booking. The cabin fare available at the time of the new booking will apply.

Changes made within 14 days of departure will be treated as cancellations, and a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare will be charged.

After the booking is confirmed, changes to passenger information will incur a fee of NT$1,000 per person. At least one passenger in the cabin must remain under the original booking; changing all passengers in the cabin will be treated as a cancellation.

Any costs incurred for cabin changes, downgrades, room replacements, departure date changes, cancellations, or similar requests will be considered confirmed and non-refundable. No refund will be issued if the itinerary is subsequently changed or the booking is canceled due to force majeure.

If the itinerary includes public holidays, advance notice is required, and international cruise date-counting regulations must be followed.

Once a booking for certain sailings or special periods, such as year-end, Lunar New Year, or holiday periods, has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations will incur a fee equal to 100% of the cabin fare.

For passenger safety and related matters, the cruise line reserves the right to screen passengers before allowing them to board.

Passengers with disabilities must notify us in advance. The cruise line may provide special assistance where possible.

This is an independent trip for which departure is possible with one passenger. No Guide accompanies passengers in Taiwan. Passengers must complete boarding and immigration procedures themselves, with assistance from cruise staff.

Special requests must be made in advance. Specific cabin floors, numbers, layouts, or locations cannot be guaranteed, and cabins for accompanying passengers may not be adjacent. Final cabin assignments are at the cruise line’s discretion.

The facilities listed are for reference only. Facilities may be added or closed without prior notice due to changes on board the cruise ship.

In the event of natural disasters or severe weather, the route, schedule, ship, or price may change without prior notice.

Arrival times at each port may be adjusted based on the actual sailing time. No advance notice will be provided for schedule changes.

The cancellation policy above is subject to the World Scenic Cruises regulations and must be fully understood before completing the transaction.
